I perform umrah with my family in the last ashra of Ramadan 2024 very busiest time.
It's my dreams ✨ come true.
It was an excellent experience visiting the holy places through Eiman Travel, especially with the assistance of brother Aqib, who has very polite and good communication skills.
Your services were excellent and exceptional money and timing wise .
Communication was absolutely good,
everything on itinerary was delivered with no problems.
Hotels are good and very close by the Masjid al-Haram and Masjid e Nabawi. Both hotels are good.
Transportation is also good they provide us private transportation they pick and drop on times.
The visa process is as well as not to complicated its normal requirements.
We had 4 little kids with us, more worry about that, but SukarAllah alkhmdo lillah everything completed nicely.
Overall our experience is very good.

Booking process for the umrah package went really smoothly and efficiently. Yasser found me a really good deal for travel happening a couple of months from now. Flights, transfers, hotel and visa all sorted.
The trip went smoothly with no problems with flights or checking in to the hotel. Only one hiccup with the transport for ziarat which was promptly sorted by Yasser as the transport company hadn’t received the updated info. Therefore didnt pose a problem.
