Really lovely service.
Was served by a really nice lady and a young man with glasses. They were both so friendly helping me to buy the right umbrella and kettle descaler. Really helpful, really bubbly and I left with a smile on my face! I really appreciate kind folks!

Good clean store. Staff were friendly and products were on sale.

Absolutely love this store was looking for a super large pyrex dish and a big bag of tea light candles which I found straight away and more products like the Scrub Mommy which was on sale at the time too most of there products are all reasonable priced great homeware store.

Got exactly what I was looking for, plus more. Great Christmas decorations. Brought a fablous throw. Have these beautiful nutcracker. Going back for two if there are any left. Staff friendly, even smiled. And offered help, if it was required. Not crowded. Mask required. Hand santaiser available. Every thing you could possibly need, especially to do with the festival season. Great offer on batteries.

Nice to have a local store that’s actually crammed full of useful stuff rather than just fluffy things. Surprisingly wide selection of household, electrical & even gardening items.
Nice, helpful staff too. Recommended.

I was delighted that a friendly female assistant found the only remaining Pill o Pad and reserved it for my collection from Battersea today. Very impressed

Recently did a click and collect order to be picked up here.
On arrival Kim was very polite and helpful with my request, she's a credit to the company.

Went in looking for a shopping trolley and the chap in there not only found one swiftly for me, he also put it together. We had a lovely little chat and left happy.

Very friendly staff and a safe and socially distancing layout.
I've used this store several times and always receive excellent service.

Helpful staff who actually know about the items they stock. Refreshing to find a shop like this when most shops are staffed with people who can barely put a sentence together.

They took my favourite kettle cleaning product off the shelf for a while. Apparently on some safety crusade. Pfff. Anyway, it's back so I'm splashing the stars out.

As usual, Robert Dyas wandsworth had just the item I was looking for at a competitive price and the staff could not have been more helpful.

Always friendly and professional. They offer the best customer service.
