I've had the pleasure of working with Tamiko Zablith and her team at Minding Manners and they are the best in their field. The breadth and depth of their knowledge and years of experience are impressive and they are able to share the it in a way that is engaging, thoughtful, and inclusive of all backgrounds. They are also able to explain the differences across cultures - especially the nuances which has helped us to understand the viewpoints and expectations of our customers. This knowledge is helping us shape how we do business and to provide an environment supportive for the multi-cultural workforce. I attended Minding Manners' "The Finishing Touch" program several years ago and it completely changed my life to the better. I have become much more confident knowing what to do in any social situation, and most importantly, the program helped me to develop this sensitivity to understand people better in an increasingly globalized world. When I had the chance later on, I also attended "The personal Touch" and "Executive finishing school", so I learnt about the importance of personal branding, cultivating interpersonal relationships and how to excel in the business world. I highly recommend these programs to everyone who wish to become a more informed, cultivated, and distinguished person.

I have participated in courses organised by the Minding Manners International since 2013. The courses took place under the guidance of Tamiko Zablith. As an etiquette trainer, I am delighted that I have had a chance to learn about etiquette with the help of this organisation. I have been trained in the fields of both social and business etiquette. The trainings have always been very informative and awareness raising. These are certainly trainings I dare recommend to everyone. The location of the school, which is close to the Kensington Castle, is an advantage of its own. Ms Zablith is definitely a professional in his area and a very good teacher, but she has also a very warm personality.

I have attended two Certification programmes with Minding Manners, London, and twice, I have been impressed with your staff attitude, easy setting and course content.
I would rate you 7 star if I could, for my fantastic learning experience. What stood out for me was how the curriculum was tailored to suit busy adults, who could get easily distracted; - there was enough time for classroom facilitation, 'homework', site visitations, etc. in just the right amounts. I also love that your course content is cross-cultural, realistic, practical and usable in my daily life, thereby making it easy for me to impact others.
I also value your 'after sales service' ; - I have asked for direction long after leaving you, and each of you that I have approached, have been most willing to answer my enquiries promptly.
I will certainly be returning in the near future to expand my knowledge.
