After 9 months of use a Hilka 10L fuel can I’d bought on Amazon sprung a leak. Hilka Tools (UK) provided me with a replacement can f.o.c. (including delivery) without question. Superb customer service.

Searching in vain locally for a specific Hilka spanner set, in desperation I contacted their main office. Their efficient and prompt service was nothing short of outstanding. Customer service at its very best ! Thank you.

I have a Hilka 400 amp battery power pack, a good product in itself, it has got me and others out of trouble on several occasions, and I have a 2.5 Volvo Diesel. But the bigger pat on the back goes to their after sales department, always a sign of a company’s credibility, One of the leads crocodile battery terminal clamps, had broken, the responded to my e.mail within the hour and replaced the part free of charge the following day, thats worth a five star, well done Hilka

contacted Hilka Tools after being let down badly by an Ebay Seller (package arrived damaged and open parts missing) Seller was no help at all. Helena sourced the parts and sent them out free of charge, and I received them next day. Customer service these days is virtually none existent. Hilka Tools You Should Be Proud ! A Massive Thankyou !

Great tools at amazing prices. So good I've updated my toolbox to include a lot of their most useful items. Bunjee straps are amazing and versatile for so many things as well as clamps. Excellent range of gardening tools as well which was very useful during this lockdown period. Hand tools like hammers, screwdrivers, screwbits all very well made. No issues so far! Looking forward to their new additions each year!

The Norton Owners Club purchased a 270 piece Hilka Tool Chest for the winner of our 2020 Membership Survey Prize a couple of weeks ago. I'd jiust like to congratulate Sales Manager, Nigel Watley and his excellent team for looking after us perfectly and supplying a really good quality set of tools. The Recipient was delighted and has since commented on how good all the tools are. We will be using them again!

Great products and amazing customer service.
I had an issue with with a delivery of a tool chest, the tool chest was damaged in transit. I contacted the customer services team and my issue was escalated with in a short space of time to director level. The exchange was completely hassle free and at the cost to Hilka.
Hilka UK looked into the issue and resolved the problem with the delivery. Nothing was too much trouble and the company has been very proactive in engineering a solution.
Their products are excellent value for money and they give a superb level of customer service.
I would reccomend Hilka products to anyone.

So, I had ordered from Amazon, an aluminium platform from Hilka. It arrived with some damage to the legs but as this didn't affect the platform itself I wasn't so bothered. That is until one of the plastic feet shattered which then rendered the platform virtually useless as it now had a permeanent wobble. Despite being outside of the Amazon return period, I contacted Hilka direct and their customer service was exceptional. After sending in my invoice and photos they immediately came back and agreed to supply me with a new platform which is due to arrive in the next few days. In my experience, customer service like this is very rare so well done and many thanks Hilka.

I Bought a spare battery for my drill but had trouble with it, so I contacted Hilka for help. The customer service I received was outstanding. Nigel went above and beyond what I was expecting to resolve this problem. I have used Hilka equipment before and have had no problem with them. Would definitely recommend using and as I said the customer service is exceptional.

I bought a Hilka Max lightweight drill/driver for my wife to use at the stables as she has rheumatoid arthritis. I needed a new 10•8v battery to make the drill more useful, but ordered the wrong one from eBay store. Post Office won't accept batteries in carriage, so took back to HQ in Chessington. Spoke to MD & refund processed the same day. Excellent customer service. I need more tools for work & they will be first port if call.

I purchased a Hilka 32 piece 1/2 inch socket set from Amazon recently - high quality tools in a sturdy carrying case at a great price, but instead of an 11mm socket I had two 12mm. I contacted the manufacturer by email and within two days they had sent me a replacement by first class mail. Terrific after sale service - highly recommended!

Amazon delivered a faulty jump starter/power bank and suggested the easiest way to rectify the problem was to contact Hilka direct. I'm delighted to say Hilka simply sent me a replacement foc.

I contacted the company about a problem that I had with a cordless wrench that was just out of warranty.

They couldn’t have been more helpful, and actually sent me a replacement battery free of charge, even though they were under no obligation to do so.

Great products, never ever had a problem with anything I have bought and customer services are, quick and very professional, I lost the keys to one of my cabinets and Nigel had a replacement set with me in less than 48 hours, very impressive and i cannot recommend highly enough, superb company

As anyone in the Trade knows, Hilka Tools are second to none and I have just discovered that their Customer Service follows suit. My query was answered in double quick time with great helpfullness and in an extremely friendly & positive manner and the conclusion delighted me. Can't speak too highly of their customer service. I'd broken a connector plug for a tyre compressor and they supplied a replacement free of charge.

I received a Hilka HD Pro+ nine drawer chest from my son for Christmas and I am very impressed with this product, appearance and build quality are very good. I am retired so the chest will have an easier life than if used by a professional but it does look like it can take some knocks. I am also impressed with Hilka's aftersales. When I first unpacked the chest I had an issue with working the locking mechanism and I emailed Hilka explaining that I could not lock the chest. Within an hour they telephoned me, I spoke to Nigel Watley, and he talked me through a procedure to reset the mechanism which resolved the problem immediately. Apparently this issue only occurs rarely, but it is not having a problem that's generally the issue it's how a company responds, it appears to me Hilka will respond quickly to resolve any problem you do have. Thank you.
