Absolutely useless, was waiting for a parcel from Evri to be delivered there which was very important to me to suddenly see the shop refused to accept it from the Evri driver when that’s exactly what the service is for to get dropped off there to be collected at my convenience, THATS EXACTLY WHAT IS SAY ON THE EVRI WEBSITE!!! Won’t be giving welcome stores a penny more of my business again, support your local shop! Not if that’s how they treat the local residents.

Don’t bother using their Evri service unless your QR code definitely works (which mine never does). Twice I’ve needed to input details manually and when I go to pay the machine is not working - reading ‘card reader not online’. Both times this has happened the workers have been useless and not bothered to even check the machine to try and fix the card reader leaving me unable to post items.
