Screwfix Chessington

I think the employees make a huge difference and they’re really helpful, polite and work hard at Chessington. If they don’t have it, they will order it for the next day. They don’t give you any hassle when returning items whether ordered by mistake or faulty. I can’t praise them enough. Great team and management.

However, I went to the Screwfix in Kingston during lockdown and they were the complete opposite. I will never go there again and actively avoid it. Rude service and they gave my paint away to the wrong person and gave me theirs by mistake. No apology and complete attitude. I had to drive to the other customer’s house and swap it over for them. Worst service I have ever received mainly because of the staff. The manager was some emo-looking plonker in his 30s/40s and was confrontational. Please avoid.

They've got this C6 down pats. Efficient. Orderly queue outside and you give the last 4 numbers of your order and it's brought to a table for you. It means the business is trading well and keeping its employees working. Brilliantly quick and easy click and collect ordering. Well done

I usually pay cash in store but have had to order click&collect due to Covid 19 but its not an issue as they have a good system at the store. Five people in front of me in the queue but only had to wait A few minutes. In fact its quicker then.going in the store, ordering, paying cash & waiting as Used to.

For the moment it's only click and collect.
You can get your stuff, when the text came through that it is ready. I did my purchase in the carpark, and text arrived within a few minutes. Then they have a unidirectional entry system, with not more than 2 customers in the store. They kept 2m distance from at all times.
It appears well organised, quick and efficient. I am a happy customer. :)

Better to order online then simply go and collect your items. Always shop around.

been using this branch for 7 years. staff here allways hard working and very helpfull : to help find the part or to return never an issue. and even open and serving while most of us are sitting isolated at home .

Reserved stock, text me when it was ready which was not long at all, and was able to collect safely. Staff were on hand and helping everyone keeping distance. Couldn't be happier

Simple, always very efficient, no time wasting when using Screwfix at branches I have visited throughout the UK. Usually have the items in stock, which is a blessing. The staff at this branch extremely welcoming and helpful beyond normal means. Have been using Screwfix for many, many years.

Ordered on line. So could pick it up but the click and collect machine wasn't working so had to queue to pick it up in the normal queue. Ordered on line so we didn't have to queue very annoying

Can't knock Screwfix. Everything under one roof. The organization of stock control is near perfect. I don't believe I have been let down in over one hundred instances.

Very good service, click and collect very good option, parking can be a problem as there's a limited amount of parking bays available.
