Toolstation Merton

Excellent customer service from Niall, who I hope still works for the company, if not at this branch. Extremely important for the customer to get guidance if not a trade person him/herself

Must say this is the only branch I will use due to staff being so professional and kind.
I have to sing the praises of one young girl tho, I believe it was Tia. She was very polite and rather than just dealing with my order she took the time to ask me how I am.... which is hard to come by right now.
We ended up having a right laugh and joke which really brightened my day.
She also took the time to answer any questions I had and was very patient with me.

Staff were so helpful and patient with me... they couldn't do enough. Made shopping a great experience and were quick and very polite. Cant recommend enough

I visit many Toolstation branches in South London. The staff at Merton branch are the friendliest. Sammie and Niall greet me by name. Usually, my stuff will be waiting 5 minutes after I have ordered it. Nice, efficient people!

In these difficult days when other stores aren't trying to give such comfort, this store went a step ahead. They put their catalogue outside the store to save your visit if you didn't order online to click and collect. You can have that catalogue and give them product number and they bring your product and you can pay. Just before this visit, I went a Screwfix store they refused to take order at the store and I was very disappointed. I am very happy and definitely recommend this store.

Great products at good prices with friendly, if busy staff.

Went to the Merton branch to pick up some fittings to fix my oven. The service I recieved was 5 star and was served by a gentleman named Ryan who was very knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommended.

Where do I start!

As a long and frequent shopper at Toolstation Merton I would say this is the branch you want to go to!

Some of the privileges of being a shopper here is that you will always receive a warm greeting and smile especially from Chanel but she can be sassie aswell.. the good kind of sas, keeps the day interesting and entertaining.

I have even had sammy bring my click and collect items to my car window before I was able to turn it off. Talk about WOW!!

Can't forget Zoe and Niall they always have my items ready for me! No QWW number required. " Heres your items sir have a good one!" And off you go.

As you can see it's MORE then just the items on the shelve that's makes Toolstation Merton so good! Its the staff that concrete the foundation and make this such a great establishment... Props to them!

Side note.. management can you please get a Costa coffee machine at the Merton branch like the one at new Maldon branch. Only then will Merton branch be a masterpiece. I'm sure Chanel can manage the milk refills🙈

Went to get some paint, however they didn't have the one i thoughr I needed but a worker there called tia helped me out so much and she got the paint that I actually needed. Very helpful

Great customer service from Sammie, service with a smile, something you don’t always get which is refreshing.

Rebecca was very personable and really made my day. She really went the extra mile. I'll be sure to make Toolstation my first stop the next time I require tools.

One of the employees, I think his name was Niall, just gave such friendly and warm customer service. Thanks to him Toolstation Merton is the best in the land.

Cheaper than Wickes, Homebase, B&Q or Seleco for building / DIY products. Highly Recommended. Very, very helpful staff. Its Argos style - give them a list of numbers from their catalogue, and they get you the stuff.
