I was there to collect two different parcels from Amazon, after scanning the bar codes the manager said that it didn´t work with his machine and asked me to show again the bar codes. I did twice and he said that his machine was not accepting the bar codes as they were not correct. After his first scanning I did receive a confirmation mail from Amazon stating that the items were collected and showed to the manager. He got so angry and started to shout at me and telling me to call Amazon right away to solve the problem. The main thing here is that he didn´t want me to leave the shop or stay in it. I coudn´t get what he really wanted. All the time he mishaved very badly, shouting so loudly and telling me to go to hell and to get out of his shop. So rude, so bad mannered and being humiliated in front of other customers. What a shame that manager. Will not use this shop ever. Shocking service with rude, racist & aggressive staff. Awful service, awful manager.

I was there to return my Amazon parcel as they sent me the wrong thing and I had to return the item in order to get a refund. Since this is the nearest amazon drop off point, I pre-arranged to have my parcel dropped off there on the amazon website.

I dragged that large box down the high street and was told that the box was too big. They showed me the parcel bag for returning amazon items and told me to call amazon.

While I was on the phone with amazon, the shopkeeper literally yelled at me because I tried to measure the size of the parcel bag against my item. He grabbed the parcel bag from me and tried to kick me out of the store.

I said to him that he was the one who told me to call amazon which was exactly what I was doing. He yelled at me saying he was refusing to take the return no matter what Amazon said. He also said it was getting busy (there were zero customers throughout the entire time) and they were a service business (I mean... isn't amazon returning one of their services?!). He made me stand at the corner of the store, which I did, but then he kicked my box (with the item in) around the shelves. I literally had to say to him not to kick my property, and he did not listen.

Since I was still on the phone with Amazon, I asked Amazon customer service to escalate this, which I do feel bad about. However, looking at the google review, this was not the first time they did it and no one deserved to be treated like dirt

Better Choices are out there, and this "Better Choice Store" is definitely not the one.

Awful service, awful manager. This is now my closest Amazon Hub Counter so I went there to deliver 5 parcels. They only accepted 3 parcels and refused to accept the rest because they said it was too many parcels and they would never do amazon parcels again. Even the 3 that they accepted it took over 30 minutes because they kept doing one at a time and then going to do other things. They did not know how to use the amazon system properly and only one parcel was registered properly. I had to contact amazon to say I had delivered 3 parcels. Now I'm still waiting to get this sorted. I'm never going to this place again, just an awful human being, extremely rude and racist.

Awful. Tried to return an item to Amazon and the man at the shop point blank refused to scan the QR code and take the item. There was no ‘no dogs’ sign, no other customers (what a shock) and would’ve taken him 2 seconds to scan the code and take the parcel. He wasn’t enforcing the ‘facevovers must be worn’ rule that is displayed on a dusty old sign in the window. He was so rude, yelling (to the point that I went into defence mode and yelled back) and left shaking. What an obstacle to life. His family must be so proud.

I went few times in this shop because of a local convenience store and every time their staff was rude and arrogant specially one old man, may be he is the owner of the business and this time I went to use Western Union services but from their staff only one man knows how to use the system and he was away on his lunch break and that old man told me to wait half an hour which I cant so I went away and then went back in after few days to receive my money. When that guy was dealing with me he start serving other customers while I was still waiting in queue and was in process as other man was checking my documents. I have asked that old guy that why you’re not preferring me as I am waiting from a long time then his answer was “ you need to be quick as I can’t wait for you and there is not any cue system in our shop and we always serve our customers randomly and leave now and never come back again in my shop”. I was shocked and felt totally disgusted as I was surprised on his rude behaviour. He was rude because I have simply questioned him about his way of serving and dealing in an inappropriate and rude way. Definitely I don’t need to go there again.These men looks like they’re from South Indian or Siri Lankan background. They should have a separate counter for only Western Union customers and they have no space where you can lean and sign a paper and there is a lot of stuff around there counter and everywhere in shop which is overloaded and there is no hygiene and cleanliness in the shop and most of times I have noticed expired food products on display which is a clear sign that they’re playing with People’s health and they’ve felt no remorse about it.

If you want to use this place for any Amazon services, even a small pick up, avoid, avoid, avoid. Well, avoid this shop in general and completely. Concur with everything posted regarding Amazon Hub services, extremely rude unprofessional people.

Wish I had read these reviews before taking my return there. Manager was rude and awful, refused to give me any proof of my return and then when I asked for the items back they refused. They then told me to leave the shop so now I have nothing to show I’ve taken something back. AVOID at all costs - I really don’t understand why some people work in customer facing roles when they have such an awful attitude

Shocking service with rude, racist & aggressive staff. Have spent a fortune there over many years but will not give them a single penny of my money in the future. Plenty of other shops with nice, helpful staff who value their customers.

This guy always has excuses. "I dont have bag" "package too big". Choose another store for amazon
