Argos Dulwich (Inside Sainsbury's)

I went to this store to collect an item today & the lovely manager behind the counter who said her name was Lucy assisted me with a lovely smile on her face the whole time and even tried to entertain my baby who being fussy as I was trying to place my order on the tablets in the shop. She got my order pretty much as soon as I placed it and couldn’t have been more helpful during my visit. Wish it was a place I could tip as her customer service was amazing so I thought I’d give her a 5 star review and hopefully Argos will reward her for her customer service. Thank you so much for your help, you’re a star.

I came to Argos at Sainsburys in Dog Kennel Hill and received the most amazing service from Diana and her colleague Jessica. Diana was able to help me with a very urgent purchase, she helped me find it and explained everything thoroughly giving me a great deal of care and attention and helped me in a moment of need. Great service from them both.

On Thursday I popped into my local Sainsburys stow at East Dulwich dog kennel hill branch & a gentleman served me who was really helpful professional & gave me Excellent Customer Service his name was Ben & went above & beyond his duties looking for a part for my hedge trimmer / Thank You Ben

I’ve been ordering items from eBay and ‘click & collecting’ them at Argos in Sainsbury’s for several months. Almost every time I go to collect, I’m served by Nanah, a young woman who is always welcoming, friendly, helpful and efficient. I may have to take a break from online shopping for a while so just wanted to say what a great service this is and how lucky I’ve been to be served by such a great member of staff. Thanks Nanah!

I found staff efficient, polite enough and handled goods with care. I like this Argos, plus it's convenient.

Great service from the staff. I recently returned a kettle and wanted to exchange it for another. The assistant took me other to the touch screens and helped me to find another one that suited my needs. No issues at all.

I have visited this Argos 15+ times as it is my local, and every single time there was a mopey, angry, looking person behind the counter, with the facial expression of a person who works in a sweatshop.
However, yesterday made a change. I was served by young lady call Jade (may be spelt differently). Jade was smiley, happy to help, and full of positivity from the first word to the very last word.
I asked Jade if she was new as I had never seen her before at the branch, and let her know what a pleasure it was to deal with her.
The other staff members at this branch should take a note of the differences between how Jade handles customers and they themselves do.

I would happily have put down five stars for Jade herself however, this review is for the branch which honestly doesn’t deserve more than one star. So they can thank Jade for the 4 stars.

Fast and friendly service

Staff are rude - customer service skills are lacking bar non existent. However i did get my items fairly quickly hence the 2 stars.

Terrible customer service. Tried to return a product that was literally just taken out of packaging and returned new. Had challenge putting it back into tight packaging customer service would not help me. This was for Habitat product its a shame it used to be a premium brand with good customer service to boot.

It was my first time collecting something at Argos in East Dulwich and personally I feel very dissapointed.
I don't think I received the right treatment, when I arrived a young woman with blond hair attended me, she didn't even look at me, her attitude was rude and very serious.
I don't think she should be working at customer service because she does not know how to treat people, and she didn't even say bye.

Went here yesterday with my mum, to collect something. The guy on the counter looked bored out of his mind and didn’t say a word to either of us the whole time.

All the employees I’ve ever interacted with here have been cold and unapproachable.

Wouldn’t recommend here to my worst enemy

stay well clear of this branch. The manager has no customer service skills. Luckily she was in the store and not on the road else I would have happily rearranged her distasteful face.

Only take electrical recycling if you are buying a similar item
