I visited your store in 10/02/2023 around 5pm.
I have hardly written a review in my life this one was special to me.
Sorry Andra I completely forgot to leave a review as soon as I left the store, got busy in day to day life.
You were amazing I really appreciated your efforts on how you dealt with my wish, you are a shining star with a beautiful smile.
Thank you once again I really appreciated your help you looked after me so well as soon I entered the store, I absolutely loved how you gave me your opinion in choosing the ring for my mother in law, how patiently you were showing her the correct size and the best ring you could offer.

A very kind customer service, specially from Nikhil who was trying so much to find a ring for me. He is very understanding and extremely helpful.
I highly recommend this shop.

I had a lovely man called Shach ( I think that's how he said it was spelt, forgive me)
He was so helpful, I was in a fluster and he calmley spoke to me about the charms, what works best with the charms, different ideas to go with it, and extra thought into customer needs. Thankyou 🙏

I'd like to give a wonderful praise to Jolanta, from this store in the Westfield branch, which I've visited on Sat 18/06. My go-to shop is Canary Wharf as it's the closest for me, but this is my 2nd favourite! She's been so-nice! I've asked her for so many different designs of charms, rings and even chains and she's been super helpful, friendly and showed me options I didn't think of! I had a few items in mind when I walked in and I went home with so much more. Jolanta has been really on top of my shopping! Take good care of her, you've got a treasure girl there! :D

I was served by a lovely young lady called Suman, she was so helpful. I went into the store the other day and she helped me pick up a perfecf gift for my wife. Id like thank the store for hiring such a attentive young lady. Great service. Great product and great Staff!

me and my friend came into pandora looking for a charm bracelet, Georgia helped us very nicely with excellent service and was quite quick as well as we was in a rush. She was amazing and loved her serving us and getting everything done for us. we hope to come again and receive the same treatment.

Amazing service from staff at Westfield White City Pandora. Emily and Shumaiya were kind, friendly and so understanding of the issues I had at a different Pandora store. They listened to me and resolved my issue and also gave extra information so that I would be more informed the next time I came to shop with Pandora. I absolutely will be buying more charms from Westfield Pandora and hope to see these lovely ladies again !

Was getting a gift for my niece And honestly if it wasn't for The Excellent Sales assistant georgia i would truly have been lost she helped find the Perfect gift had a great positive attitude ,didn't rush and really made sure i knew what i was getting .I Really appreciate how she had the time to in depth explain The value and And meaning behind the gift for my Niece What a legend !

Had a lovely experience being shown different options by Maider! Probably the most friendly and kind customer service I’ve ever had! She really knew when to tend to us and when to give us time, not pushy at all and very helpful! Ask for her if you go there!

Massive shout out to Andra. She was literally a heaven sent when I went into Pandora on Saturday. She literally made my whole weekend. She gave such helpful advice regarding my purchases and made sure that I felt well looked after. She ensured that I also signed up to the Pandora Club so I’ll definitely be seeing her again on my birthday for another purchase!

Bought myself a lovely diamond ring,bracelet and a pretty necklace yesterday. Thanks to one of their sweet employee Andre. She was very kind,professional and helped me choose the right item that suits me.Im definitely coming next month to buy myself another ring.

I can’t fault her customer service skills. She was friendly, polite and very helpful.

Yuliia is an absolute credit to Pandora, she went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we was looking for.

Great customer service at pandora white city last weekend, we were welcomed by the lovely Shumaiya at the door who ended up serving us too! I was planning to just get one bracelet but ended up doing the 3 for 2! She wasn’t too pushy and gave us enough time to make a decision, ask for her if you visit!
