Turkish Bank (UK) Ltd

I visited Green Lanes branch of Turkish Bank to administer existing account on 18th October 2022 and were extremely pleased with the service that I received from friendly staff. I liaised with Melek and Seval and the members of her team who were very polite and friendly and understood and resolved my enquiry and were very helpful and had during my visit offered tea too.I wish to thank Seval and her staff members that assisted me at Turkish Bank Green Lanes.

Friendly Staff

My card was used in fraudulent activities and I had been a victim of this experience, however the bank has refused to help me and did not reimburse the amount stolen from my account. Appalling experience, absolutely would not recommend anyone to work with this bank, your money is not safe with them!

One of the worst banks I’ve ever seen. The staff are so rude it’s unbelievable. I don’t understand why they would employ such people. Thankfully I don’t Use this bank anymore so I don’t need to see or deal with such bad mannered people!!

Staff do not know how to speak English, most disrespectful staff i've ever spoken to. They need to close down this branch.

Rubbish service barely open wrong details on the banks website regarding banks opening hours never pick up the Telefon also the stuff inside at customer service don't know how to speak english.

Disgustingly rude staff very unprofessional do not recommend
