Iceland Supermarket London

My favourite branch of the Iceland chain especially for its convenient location and opening hours. Occupying the site of the former Woolworths, store stocks a good range of its own brand as well as branded products. Has some lines which are less expensive than the larger supermarket chains. Sometimes queues through the tills can be lengthy but nothing compared to larger supermarkets as shopping quantities will be smaller.

1) Staff are excellent, help full. 5*

2) discontinued a lot of products I liked, so I don't spend as much as I could do any more.
Meat portions really thinned down and bags frozen chicken portions really bad lower quality I think it was one of there new suppliers, they'd be better off using it for dog and cat food. 3*

3) security Guard always helpful and attentive 5*

4) delivery driver friendly, professional, prompt when delivering 5*

Iceland got banging pizzas and dessert. The store is tidy clean and staff are quick when scanning.

Great prices (for the UK), lots of variety.

Excellent for a surprisingly wide range of general grocery needs and always seems to have some really good deals - Iceland frozen party finger food packs are hard to beat even in these covid isolation times... And I've been shocked how good are some of the frozen pizzas and at great prices - not like the old days as I remember...

Low prices for quality products. Sometimes queues form too large to buy just three products. A good store for essentials.

I received my Iceland online order earlier today and there was a small mistake(I ordered 2x2pt milk and I received a 4pt milk).As I was ordering the milk for my 94 Yr old neighbour I needed the 2pt milks as she finds 4pints are too heavy for her.I phoned the store(Haringey)and a very nice lady(sorry I can't remember her name)dealt with my problem with care & understanding.I have just got home from the store where a courteous gentleman swoped the milk for me.We are all human & anyone can make a mistake,& this was an easy mistake to make,but it is how it is dealt with that makes the difference and this was handled very nicely,thankyou.Please pass on my thanks to everyone who helped me including,Elvira,the young lady on the till.

Fast home delivery, good quality products, fresh, never spoiled, whole packaging, products within their use by date.

Excellent service had a problem with my home delivery. Called the store very helpful and understanding staff. No problem was to big . It was a pleasure to deal with them

Today 28/12/2020 I went shopping with my flatmates to Iceland like Always, staff is amazing and friendly, I liked the guy who was working there it's tall, with dreadlocks and beard, he is friend with the security guy hahahha please come back to me hahah

I love their cakes and stuff but their new frozen ready meals are honsetly disgusting. However they have very good deals.

Great Iceland. Fairly small but seem well stocked. Left my airpods at till and the security guard came running with them. Lovely staff

Its a good shop its not crowded at all and there are short lines to checkout and they have low prices

Good for frozen veg, fish, veggie substitute foods and treats. Meat looks a bit too cheap though.

A wonderful local, it opens at 0800 and closes at 2100. Staff are pleasant what's not to like
