Lovely gentleman running this shop

Went to pickup my parcel and the shop was closed the owner was inside so I knocked on the door he opened the with a face like thunder! I told him I needed to collect my parcel and it was a emergency his reply was yeah sure excuses excuses. How dare you!! You know nothing of my life and why have a shop with services when you are closed most of time had my parcels returned to sender by royal mail due to being closed. Unprofessional to deal RUDE. CLOSE YOUR SHOP FOR GOOD!!! We don't need your laziness around here!!!!

Unfortunately this shop never seems to be open at 8am even though the opening time says 7am. I’ve come several times waiting until 8:15 but then have to go to work. I’ve also tried to come in the evenings after 6pm and no luck. It seems random when the shop is open so I don’t recommend using it for DPD drop offs/pick ups if you’re trying to fit it around work. Please update the opening times on Google, as customers can then plan accordingly.

I regularly pick up Amazon orders from this store, however I will no longer do so due to: Last Friday, February 16th, an Amazon order should have been delivered to this store, however, at the end of the day I found that it had been rescheduled for the February 26th and the information is that this rescheduling had been done by me (a lie). I contacted Amazon and they asked me if the store was still in operation. I replied yes, so they apologized, claiming that the rescheduling could have been an error in the system (strange) and that the delivery would be made within a maximum period of 48 hours. Yesterday, the 17th, I passed by this store at 5 pm and saw that the store was closed, just as it is closed today. This leads me to believe they are closed for holidays or other reasons.

When are you reopening? You have my parcel and aren't answering your phone. UPS have confirmed you took my parcel in so I need to arrange collection please

Cashier regularly just leaves the shop and closes down sometimes for hours. Waste of time to come here...

Not open at 9am. Not cool..needed to drop off parcels on way to work

Tried to collect a parcel just now. Found it shuttered.

Closed when i came at 6 pm, although the closing hours state till 11pm? please stick to your timetable.
