Max greeted me in a professional manner.
She was very hospitable and gracious, and her warm welcome was greatly appreciated.
I will definitely return to this great hotel in the near future.

Rooms are basic but don't claim to be anything otherwise. Everything is clean but most importantly all the staff are lovely! Always friendly and helpful... Akash was on reception today, Mohamad last time I stayed... Everyone is always happy to help.

I forgot my baggages in the luggage room(I know very careless of me) but he was very understanding and helped me with workaround. Would absolutely recommend!

Mohamed and Akash at reception were very kind. The hotel is fine, but the rooms need at least a small bedside table. There's nowhere to even put a drink. But all in all, you get what you pay for, it's a budget hotel.

Had initial with Akash, a receptionist at the hotel, and I was thoroughly impressed by his exceptional service. Akash's professionalism and warm demeanor immediately set a positive tone for my stay. He was incredibly efficient with check-in, answered all my questions with patience, and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions.

There is basic, and I never believed you could get below basic until I got here. Never have I been in a room where I hanger bolted to the wall is your entire wardrobe space. If you like sleeping in a camp bed, then this is the place for you.

Our stay was for a week. It was a unique hotel in every sense of the word. The staff treated us with the kindness, service and smile. They were friendly throughout.The location is exceptional with immediate access to main train station.

Great location, close to the train and bus station, convenient store, coffee shops, restaurants and Croydon town center. Nice service by Mohammed, very polite and attentive!
Room is simple yet comfortable, imprtantly it's clean.

I was in a very bad position and I had called the hotel and spoke with someone, as soon as I arrived at the hotel MAX HELPED ME SO MUCH MAY GOD BLESS HER HONESTLY I HAVE BEEN COMIMG TO THIS HOTEL FOR 6 years now and not once I have been let down but MAX was so lovely and helpful keep up the good work and I believe that she deserves to be the manager of this hotel thank you EASY HOTEL AND MAX ESPECIALLY

We just checked in and the front desk person, Akash was really sweet with our welcoming. The place seems cozy and would recommend if you’re trying to find a place to spend the night.

Great customer service. Basic clean rooms quick to resolve small issues friendly staff especially Deepak and Maha. All in all very good stay

I stay at this hotel for work and it is very clean and extremely helpful, friendly staff Max. The location is great as it is right Near East. Croydon railway station - 2minute walk .
