Great shop always got what you need

Had to drop off a Hermes parcel for return & get label printed earlier in the week. Lovely young man talked me thro scanning QR codes & getting label printed, being a slightly tech shy women over a certain age, he made the process smooth & easy.

Been here few times only to drop Hermes parcel. Not the friendliest staff (believed to be also owner). May be a bit of polite and helpfulness will help his store to do well amongst the competition in that road.

although this shop is overly expensive, i find most of the items i need in here

They lost my parcel!
Well, to be precise, marked my parcel as delivered and gave to someone else.
When i asked about CCTV to check the time when it was marked as collected, they said that store owner was working at this time, so no need to check it, and what I'm saying is impossible.
When I asked what to do now, they said that they do not know asked me to leave.
Either they gave it to someone else and took it.

Really disappointed.

Lost my parcel and told me to go away. Did not apologies or tried again o help in any way. I will never ever again use this shop to pick up parcels. Complete disorganised mess!

Went to drop a Hermes package at exactly 7:35pm, shop closes at 8pm. Owner is the most rude person I've ever met. At the till he shouted in my face saying "it's 8pm why didn't you come earlier". Sorry my friend, not everyone is free all day waiting to come to your run down little store. Please learn some manners.

The owner is extremely rude! I had to go four times to collect Hermes package from his store. The store hours online advertised are 6-9 and everytime i went, it was closed. Finally had a chance to meet him, and asked him. He replied - Love, this is my shop and i'm closing it when i want!!! Left the shop extremely dissatisfied! Never again im dealing with this shop!!!

The owner is always rude wl, no matter what. Every time I go to his shop, he's very unhelpful, doesn't even say hello back or thank you. I never buy from his shop but unfortunately I buy online and I send back sometimes parcels via Hermes. I will complain with Hermes too

Worst experience. Whenever I go for amazon parcel return, he always have excuse to send me back. this time i walked almost 20min to reach there and he simple said that his machine is not working. I have to walk for another 10min.

They were advertised as parcel returns for Hermes group but literally stole my parcel. I had to return an Amazon order but it was never posted back and they stole it. Be careful about this shop as it's not trustworthy!!!!

This shop is useless to receive parcels. They sent my parcel away saying the shop was closed when it was open & now he has turned my parcel away again saying its too big! Its a pair of trainers in a box. Don't bother with this shop!!

The owner for the shop has a disgusting behaviour. The worst customer service I’ve seen in my life. Today I went to the shop with a £5 note and 50p and 20p worth of £5, to put £10 on my electric and this man refused to serve me by stating he doesn’t want any silvers. Now I’m a local and have been shopping there for 4 years which I’ve stated Plus I’m a mother with a baby that needed electric for my house and he said he doesn’t care he’s not accepting my money. I told him he was heartless and he said for that he will never serve me again. Now to add to my story I’ve seen a drunken man buy beer there everyday in coppers and silvers and he has never refused him. I bet if I was a man he wouldn’t refused my money to top up electric. Today I had to do without electric with my baby. I am furious and I wish something could be done about this mans behaviour.

The staff (might be the owner) is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my whole life! Please this person not to harm our friendly community 🙄

Very rude owner. Just doesn’t have basic manners. Reported him to Amazon and Hermes. Avoid going to this shop if you can.

I would give less than one star if I could! Really rude staff that arent at all helpful. No safety precautions such as PPE. Go elsewhere if you can.
