I was curious to see how it worked! Prices were pretty reasonable. Good variety of items. Some of the items were Morrisons brands but still good selection! You scan the fresh code on your Amazon app and walk out without paying or scanning your items. It works on cameras and sensors! Impressive! Very convenient as its right next to East Croydon station! Will be going there again soon!

This place is like witchcraft. Put your items in the basket, scan your Amazon barcode and bam...you're good to go! Great place for those introverts who don't want to talk to anyone or those in a hurry.

Great quality and prices matching tesco and sainsbury's on most products. Helpful and polite staff when I usually visit in the evenings

Great for picking up breakfast in the morning, a meal deal at lunchtime, a meal for two in the evening, provisions for the cupboard or even if you just want a coffee.
The technology makes it quick and easy as you can bag as you shop*.
*Note that this Amazon Fresh allows you the option to pay via your Amazon account on the app, via a separate payment card or they even have a checkout option.

Nice experience, very impressed with checking out system. You pick your items and the shop sensors know what items you've taken and you checkout with your card and get an itemised bill via email.

It is still shocking on how technology evolved to see what you picked up and charge you at the exit.

Brilliant selection of meal deals (sandwiches, ready meals, salads, etc.). I especially love the bakery section which has a few rather unusual items compared to the usual Sainsbury's or Tesco bakery section with blueberry cheesecake filled muffin and banana pecan cupcake

The staff were very helpful and attentive. Don’t see the reason for the bad reviews! This is easily one of my fav convenience stores.

I made a return for an amazon product, pick and return counter staff were amazing and within a minute entire process was done. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Pretty friendly staff. Also did a good job charging us correctly with multiple people shopping and putting items in the basket.

This is located right next to the rear exit/entrance of East Croydon station. No car access unfortunately to just respond to the reviews that have noted they were unable to locate this branch.

Really easy to return stuff without worrying about packaging/labels etc. Not actually shopped there though
