The Co-operative Bank - Ealing

Excellent customer service at this branch in Ealing Broadway, which was a pleasant reminder of bygone days when you could go into a branch and get prompt and efficient service. I wish they would reopen more branches! The manager, Mr Victor Perez was extremely helpful, efficient and courteous. Many thanks to Darcey as well for her prompt communication with Ealing branch and helping me get the necessary paperwork. Mr Victor Perez is an asset to the co-operative bank. Thank you for all your help.

Comparing to previous high street bank accounts that I have had with, the Co-Op Bank is a top in my list and I am currently with them. There is literally no queues here unlike Santander and every request I have made has been dealt with promptly. I've only had a single issue during the application process as I had send my identification copies through their internal mail as it got lost by Royal Mail.

Their online systems has improved a lot and they've finally caught up with major banks by adding Apple Pay.

The benefits the Co-Op provide as well including the bonus for joining and everyday rewards shows how Co-Op value it's members.

Compared to Barclays and Santander, the Co-op has been a dream to work with, both in the branch and online. I don't wait hours in long queues, and they deal with my power of attorney account without any bother, unlike the others. Thanks to the staff.

Good bank, but shame there are very few branches in London.
The Ealing Broadway branch is probably the best with very helpful and friendly staff.
Alma is the best and most professional, with never stopping friendly smile.

Went in to have some details verified, 3 counter staff all very pleasant and chattty. Dealt with very quickly. Other customers dealt with in a similar, pleasant manner.

Wanted bank statements. As they don't print them in house they offered a solution of getting them printed and they can sign for it. All members of staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great Branch and lovely ladies serving with a smile. The only Co-op Branch left in the area I hope the top brass don't close it.

Such friendly and efficient staff providing a vital service in this time of crisis.. So grateful for the commitment shown in coming to work today.
