Stunning interiors, amazing location, World class staff. This dog friendly hotel makes you feel like you are at home while traveling. It’s welcoming and inviting, a calming yet uplifting space. They were so kind to our dog Winston, he absolutely loved the staff.

How many times do you go to a hotel and develop a first name relationship with the staff … well at the 1 Hotel Mayfair it happened multiple times. From Mickey, the elite doorman, that gave us a personal tour of the hotel and made us feel welcomed, to Moe, the bar manager that impressed us with amazing drinks at the gorgeous bar, and Terri, who sat and spoke with us and made us feel like true guests in the hotel, not just a customer.

The restaurant, the lounge, the lobby, the room, everything about the hotel is designed to perfection. I may say, it’s one of, if not THE coolest hotel in London.

Superb service, facilities and location in the heart of Mayfair with a quick walk almost everywhere in the area and a tube literally 2 min walk. We stayed in a suite which was very spacious and pampering.
Concierge team was very helpful across our 8 night stay with recommendations, reservations and anything else we needed. The restaurant food and ambiance is top notch with great selection of foods and attentive service.
Gym is very well equipped and one of the best hotel gyms I have used.
Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

We went to Dovetale London for brunch today and it was absolutely superb! The food was absolutely immaculate, especially the crab omlette!

The staff and service was spot on, so attentive, so friendly.

We were even accompanied by some beautiful music from a live pianist.

Last but not least the settings were gorgeous, great design and attention to detail. Really felt like a celebratory experience.

One of the best hotels I’ve visited. All facilities are fresh new, enjoyed the design a lot (except for some fake plants at some places). Another thing to highlight, breakfasts, coffee place and bar are top notch.

Had a fabulous stay at the 1 in Mayfair. When we arrived we were greeted with tea & got an early check in. The hotel is very clean and in the perfect location. Walking distance to everything. The restaurant & bar on site had great service & vibes. We got complimentary champagne with our dinner. Definitely will be returning!

Just had an amazing lunch here. What an experience. And made even better by Carmen and Silvia looking after us. Loved it. The hotel style and decor is calming and serene.

Wonderful hotel with exceptional service from a very friendly and welcoming staff. I had the king room which was super comfortable, well equipped and spacious - they even had a yoga mat! Pillows and bedding get 5 stars. You can't beat this location if you're looking to stay in Mayfair.

Reception staff accommodated early check in for me upon arrival which was a welcome surprise after a long flight. Hotel is new with great amenities including a gym. I had the breakfast included in my rate and it was a great selection of menu items. Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a fabulous stay at 1Hotel Mayfair over the Christmas weekend. The lobby is elegant and inviting. The service is friendly and impeccable on all fronts. The rooms are clean, well-designed and well-appointed. The beds are so comfortable! The gym is spacious with state of the art equipment. We had an incredible Christmas dinner at Dovetale. They were flexible in accommodating our dietary restrictions on their Christmas menu. We’d like to extend a special thank you to Sylvia, the restaurant’s breakfast and lunch manager, for arranging this. The pastries at Neighbours are fantastic. We look forward to returning in the near future!

Have stayed here approximately 20 times I can honestly say that the staff and the management go over and beyond to fix things. If you have any problems, the rooms are absolutely luxurious. The food is divine and the customer service is absolutely impeccable.

We had a lovely experience here. The hotel is stunning. We loved our room, so peaceful, had a great night's sleep and a lovely shower! Everything in the room and the hotel is designed so well and excellent quality.
I ordered a sandwich from in room dining and it was delicious!
All the members of staff we encountered were all accomodating and friendly.
We will look forward to returning again.

I just finished my one week vacation at this hotel everything was great location, service & rooms. We took one bedroom apartment it was very spacious and nice decorated. Many thanks to Mr : Mina the sales manager he took care of all details since we do the booking also they have the best concierge Mr : Jack he did all the restaurant’s booking although its too hard to found availability on Christmas days.

In general very nice hotel , great location . Very friendly staff .
Few things need to be fixed like shower path , and pillows are not comfortable...but these are minior things .
I am frequent travellors , i used another hotel for 3 years , but now I would like to be regular customer to 1 Hotel also highly recommending it for London.

My recent stay was simply amazing. The hotel was recommended by Manni, and I can now see why. The level of service provided by the staff, particularly, Nadra, Inga, Roxanne and Manni, truly elevated the experience. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor made me and my wife feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived.

Wow! What’s an amazing experience at the one hotel bar! We tried the Tyrone special, which is an incredible sour's style cocktail and it blew me in my friend away. Service is amazing and attentive (thanks to Tyrone for making my friends 30th so special and providing the BEST cocktails ever - somebody give this guy a pay rise!!), beautiful ambience, stunning, intimate setting. They also do a great espresso martini. Great wine list ! I work in Mayfair and will definitely be recommending this for client dinners!

Excellent location, amenities, and most importantly service. Extremely polite and helpful front desk staff, specially Sheela, who took her time explaining and making sure we had a great experience.
Cleaning was on point every time. The only drawback was the lack of a tall/ full mirror in the rooms which made getting ready a little cumbersome.
Overall great experience again at 1 hotel!

Had a meeting at this fabulous hotel and had to mention the amazing greeting I received by proper genuine people Mickey, Andy and Edwin. They set such a great atmosphere and vibe that it was worth writing a review. On top of that the bar staff Harry and Raphaelle (hope i spelt that right) were outstanding. An amazing hotel with awesome staff. Absolutely worth a visit.

Visited the lovely spa on my birthday, the Ambience and vibe was impeccable the staff are so so lovely I was one of the best facial is I’ve ever had.
