What an amazing store. I struggled to find vegan options but the staff was very helpful especially Celeste. She is a vegan as well and took the time to point out the options they had. I would love to see more but the excellent staff made up for it. What a very pleasant experience. I got the vegan mayo. It’s very good.

One of the must visit places whenever I am in London. Indulge yourself with fine tea selections and biscuits.

Not only that it’s a department store for fragrances and home wear.

The atmosphere there feels like you are living in different era where luxurious shopping was a thing at that time.

A tea drinkers paradise. This is as good as it gets regarding tea, chocolates, jams, cheeses, delis, and so much more. All kinds of accessories for teas and so much more. There is a very nice restaurant where you can enjoy a nice meal. It is important not to forget the dedicated staff. They are very helpful and seem to know what you need before you ask. There is a rich history attached to this store, and it is definitely worth a visit.

The oldest department store in London as said by a guide food items are main when we enter the place lots of chocolates and wines and cakes its 5 story building I think

I heard that many people give gifts such as cakes and biscuits from this shop and loved ones keep those packets (everything packed well really)
All stalls inside the building sell different items as I said before. On the top floor, they sell cosmetics, ground floor they sell wine .. Also u can taste wine from there from the mini-bar

A really popular place for tourists and tea lovers. It was pretty crowded when I got there, but I could still find my way and shop quite easily and fast. Truly recommend giving it a shot if you like tea or sweets to eat it along with

It's definitely somewhere great to visit around Christmas. I didn't buy anything as it's out of my price range. However, they have great displays on and bring a massive nostalgic feeling of being a kid around Christmas time. I loved seeing the Christmas pudding display. It was beautifully done. One not so positive point was that it was very busy and could hardly move comfortably around the shop, but I did expect it to be that way.

This store was super gorgeous and an amazing visit. The door was held open by the friendliest of door men which immediately left us feeling welcome. All the employees inside shared smiles with us as well. There is a very large assortment of foods such as tea, sweets, honey, jam, and even some in-house made gin! There was a massive selection of perfumes, colognes, and household fragrances. If silverware, dishware, and china is your thing, there's plenty of that too! Would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Christmas is finally here at Fortnum and Mason!!

A must for those visiting London or wanting to get into the Christmas spirit. It’s a truly impressive and historic store with impeccable customer service as one would expect.

There is something for everyone and products are of the highest quality but slightly pricey.

Only minor let down is how busy it always is with tourists, but it is to be expected.

We were recommended to visit Fort & Mason near Picaddally Circus. The best way I can describe it is that it's like a high end store selling biscuits, teas, treats, and some high end items you'll find in a department store like soaps, fragrances, kitchen ware, etc. They have their own food court and they even have an afternoon tea service. Apparently the products are considered high end as they supplied items to the British Royal family. We bought a lot of tea from here 😁. We enjoyed the store.

What can we say that has not been said previously?
The three of us had an exquisite afternoon tea on Sunday, a huge choice of teas and cocktails.
Refills if required of food and tea.
The sandwiches and pastries were delectable.
Atmosphere was calm and relaxing, service extremely polite and attentive as one would expect.
All in all, a very relaxing and extremely filling experience.
Unfortunately, the store was closing when we left so did not have time to browse the various levels but next time we will.

The best place to buy tea or biscuits tea. I was without words when I entered there. Plenty of teas available. Also outside the building is astonishing! The lights and the Christmas decorations are wonderful

It just oozes history, quality, politeness, friendliness,
Just the place to go for those special Christmas gifts.
Not cheap but any means but you know you are not being ripped off as what you but will be the best available.
Just walking around makes you feel good.

Huge variety of products! Anyone can find something interesting there (from lower budget gifts to luxury items). We bought loose leaf tea and scones. Even if you don't want to buy something, it worth the visit!

Always a must go shop in London, love the tea, biscuits.
Range of tea you can select, from breakfast tea and fruit tea. Also they are having all types of biscuits, chocolate, sweets to fit the tea.
The price is in a wide range from just £4.5 to very high price. Affordable for all types of people and good place to buy souvenirs.
Love it!

My first time here, and what a feast for the eyes, the building is stunning and inside its like a jewellery box full of wonders. Every floor has gorgeous delights to look at and buy, the decor was exquisite, and there are some wonderful design installations.
The staff were all so helpful and full of joy with big smiles, and nothing was too much effort for them.
This was a real highlight of my trip to London, and it was worth a visit even if, like me, you didn't buy anything.
So much choice I couldn't decide but also my wallet wouldn't stretch to my favourite designer jewellery peices.

The epitome of luxury department store shopping! I find myself here more times than I plan, but I simply can’t stop myself as they have everything you could possibly imagine.

From deli selections and bakery options, to the best selection of whiskeys and gins, next to their wine bar with oysters & caviar to make a rafting memorable, there is no afternoon tea spot quite like the Diamond Jubilee, and now to top it all off there is a new gin distillery on the top floor with lovely new flavors, pink gins and very affordable refillable bottling options, with the opportunity to inscribe your own bottle as well!

One of the best department shop for groceries in the country. Booked a private Visit Santa experience through our concierge service, and the whole outing was nothing but perfect. From reception to the private afternoon tea experience and gingerbread making, all staff have been going beyond their duties to help us and our three little ones to have the perfect day.
Especially Linnea our designated customer relations exec has been more than helpful to support us with the many requests dealing with our twins.
It tends to get very very crowded on weekends in late November and December so plan you trip well in advance.
Plenty of parking nearby too.

I went there with my niece. It’s a beautiful place with wonderful tea and biscuits and many more. As I had a large luggage we only explored the ground floor. Next time I would love to see the other floors and perhaps enjoy the high tea there. The shop keepers were very helpful so we ended up shopping a few products from there. I bought some for myself, some for souvenirs for my friends:)
Their products are very beautifully designed and the contents are also marvelous. I couldn’t get enough so I bought more at the duty free shop at Heathrow airport.

Established in 1707, Fortnum and Mason is synonymous of quality, elegance and fine taste. Their merchandise is displayed wonderfully appealing and the quality of the products is of the highest standards. It is always a pleasure to visit the store and perhaps also have an afternoon Tea.
