Had an amazing experience this summer. Tried on a lot of different items wasn’t sure what I wanted to bring back as a souvenir! The gentleman helping me was amazing and brought me several sizes with no irritation! I appreciated the great customer service and being sat down while checking out and offered coffee! Will be back next time I’m in London!

Mom bought me my first Burberry coat here bc she said it can make me look skinnier 🌝😅! We Had an amazing experience at this regent store! Btw Burberry is a British brand, so it’s cheaper in London!

I had a booking with a tailor, unfortunately they weren’t in on the day, which was initially disappointing. But Charmaine stepped in to measure me up, and send off all the bits I needed altering. She kept me updated with the order, and was super warm, helpful and friendly.

I remember her every so often each time I wear my altered garment, thank you Charmaine for the impeccable service. Highly recommended ⭐

I have been to several Burberry stores around the globe but this one by far is the most worthy one visiting with its historical building and great service from Antonio , me and my family had a great time shopping and learning about the history of this building .

My favourite brand that I love since 1996. The staffs were friendly and helpful - a young polite gentleman asked if I have been served while I was waiting for bill payment. Love the quality as I always buy new scarfs from Burberry. The Chinese lady who served me - she is the best! I was very impressed with her patience. I lost her card but will come back again when I visit London again next time. Regal decor in the shop!

Me and my family had an amazing experience at Burberry Regent Street with our salesperson Lara :-)
We were in the VIP Lounge, and Lara was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and would help us with absolutely anything.
We were treated with some champagne and chocolates which made us feel incredibly welcomed.

We were in the store for several hours trying on different clothes and accessories. Lara was very attentive and would get us any products we wanted to see or try. She knew what sort of items I would like and brought them to us. She also gave me advice on how clothing should fit around the shoulders and waist, which was very helpful for me.

She took us for a walk around the shop to show us the different departments, and the store is incredible! It is massive and beautifully decorated.

We left the store with our items and they were beautifully packaged, wrapped in light green paper inside a box.

The experience was perfect from the second we entered the store, right to when we left :-)

Had a problem with a scarf I purchased last year in Italy and was able to get an appointment on their website to go and have it checked in this store. My item was repaired in two weeks for 55£ and they did a great job, I was pleasantly surprised with the after sales service (I had had some very bad experiences, not with Burberry but with other “luxury” brands, so I wasn’t expecting much). Makes me want to buy again from this brand!

I rarely write reviews but I had such an exceptional experience that I just have to share! I was excited to visit the Burberry flagship for the first time on a recent trip to London and take a look at the new Knight bags (I'd been eyeing one since they first came out). I ended up having the most wonderful time! My SA, Corentin, was so kind and friendly. He gave me a tour of the store, showing me all the new collections, and of course we spent a lot of time talking about the bags! His help was invaluable as I looked at the different options and ultimately chose a bag that I am beyond thrilled with! I highly recommend Corentin and this beautiful flagship location. I wish every shopping experience were this fun! I can't wait to come back next time I'm in town.

What can I say? This was my first time in a Burberry store, which happens not only be a London location, but a Flagship store. My experience was amazing. From the side door staff member that politely made sure we found the front entrance, to the salutations received when entering and exiting. I knew what items I wanted before my visit, but Giovanni made sure I was given a complete and thoughtful experience. He was very thorough and careful in explaining the items that were put to the side for purchase, and about the different Burberry collections throughout the store during our tour. There are so many other small, but significant, interactions to list. This store is somewhere I would definitely return to during another trip to London.

Stunning Opera House Boutique. This store took my breath away. The grand stair cases, the grand video screen, the grand curtains has 99 shades of beige. There are many rooms in and restaurant in this space. The product is displayed in a manner of a museum. Importance is given to each piece or clothing, shoes, handbags & accessories. Thank you for combining, Fashion, Art, Museum & Theatre Experience all in one space. Not to mention, the staff is absolutely attentive & takes their time with you to show you around & to provide valuable product, company & designer knowledge.

What a great store me and my partner have been twice this year and we were well looked after . We were even given champagne as we were buying.

Excellent service as soon as you walked in the door, beautiful products, and when we ran into an issue with my card going through a work around was quickly found! This store is gorgeous, it’s a renovated theatre, you can tell how it got to be world renowned.

Talk about an amazingly fabulous place to go to! We had an amazing gentleman help us his name Pierpaolo.

He was really awesome attentive funny and really took the time to get to know us. We all hit it off and now he's our friend!

Main store of Burberry in London, it’s located in a former theater hence the volume. Since restrictions have been lifted, a sales associated takes care of you on a 1-1 basis and goes through the store with you. Stunning store and very friendly staff !
