Just came here for the first time as per the amazing reviews, the gentleman (I believe his name is Peter) did such an excellent job! The atmosphere was home like, very clean, and calm unlike a lot of salons around here. Both Hellen and Peter are so friendly and treated me like I had been going there forever. Peter had me in and out in 45minutes! Highly recommend these two. I can’t wait to come back next time I need a new set!

Hellen and Peter are such great people, I love getting my nails done there!! Hellen is so easy to book appointments with, she always manages to make time for me, and she’s good at what she does. She’s gentle on my nails, and takes such good care of them. I’ve been a clutz and broken nails (slamming them into walls and car doors lol) and she fixes them for me right away. She’s the best!

I have never been more impressed! Customer service is beyond amazing, feet and hands (nails) look and feel unbelievably good. And best foot massage I’ve ever had! Highly, highly recommend to anyone.

the best place for nails! i came to them needing a fix on nails i got done somewhere else and they fit me into a super busy schedule and made it work so well. they have amazing colours and options and peter is so talented at artwork. i will definitely only be coming here from now on i 10/10 recommend

Peter and Hellen are amazing! The both do beautiful work! Salon/spa is very clean,and very comfortable. I’ve been comming here since they opened and I’ve been a long time client of Peter’s, now my mom and my 4yr old daughter both see Hellen! I recomend their nail spa to everyone who comments on my nails! You have to try them! Prices are very reasonable too.
Again they do amazing work from nails to lashes,brows,and waxing-I’ve tried it all and it’s soooo worth it! I would give them extra stars if I could. I highly recomend !!

Helen Nails is amazing! Helen and Peter are so welcoming and give the best pedicures my mom and I have ever had. The calf and foot massage is incredible and also includes a hot stone massage too! Their shop is bright, modern, fancy and they have the top of the line pedicure massage chairs. We will go nowhere else except Helen Nails! Thank you Helen and Peter.

This is a hidden gem in Victoria, love the atmosphere and the welcoming nature of Helen. She will ensure you get the perfect nails you want. Attention to details is impeccable. Love the fact that she also gave a one time use slippers to me cuz I was not prepared for a pedicure. I highly recommend this place to everyone especially if you have been disappointed in various other nail salons.

I found this place off google and thought I’d try it out based off their reviews. Peter did an AMAZING job with my nails. I have super long nails and he had to fix how bad they were from the last salon. They were turned out so good. Thank you Peter.

The best nail salon in this area. They're so kind and professional, giving you truly great suggestions for what is good for your nails. I had a lovely manicure and pedicure and they were able to do exactly what I wanted. I will be back.

Peter and Hellen always go so hard on your nails, any picture you can find online, anything you can think of, they will do their best to recreate, and they always nail it!

Hellen does a beautiful job and her seniors foot care is the best. I book myself and my father for monthly pedicures and we are so happy.

I live in the NWT, but have children posted to the Naval Base, so we come to Victoria at least yearly to visit. Peter took care of me so well that I felt quite spoiled! He started with a thorough cleanup of my cuticles, then went on to fix a broken nail, then did the filling, shaping, and finally painting my nails. I usually just go with a deep smile french mani, but Peter suggested a French ombré and I was instantly excited about the idea. After he so beautifully finished that, I was already gushing about how beautiful they were, but he advised me to wait as he wasn’t done yet. He then applied a white mirror finish powder which made my nails absolutely GLEAM! He finished up with a delicate design on my ring fingers and applied cuticle oil.

I SO highly recommend this salon and will avail myself every time I go to Victoria. I wish I had grabbed a photo, but got sick after I got home and totally forgot. 😳. If you are staying at the Holiday Inn Express on Wale Road, it is just down the hill from there.

I know this is long, but I am in a wheelchair and wanted to note that they are also wheelchair accessible. (YAY!) Thank you so much Peter (and Helen, who is just as sweet as he is) for taking such good care of me. See you next visit!

Helen squeezed my partner and I in for a couple of pedicures today, which in itself was very kind. I get pedis quite often and this was by far the best in town. The massage chairs were really good quality, the water was nice and hot, the products they used were high quality, massage was generous, the service wonderful, friendly and fun. My partner is a surfer and his feet needed some care, Helen was really good to his feet. She went the extra mile with him and spent time explaining how to take care of them at home too. It was a lovely experience and we will 100% be going back. Thanks Helen!
