TJ's the Kiddies Store

After months of being overwhelmed by the endless, bewilderjng combinations of strollers and car seats, I finally went to TJ Kiddies after several poor experiences at competing kids stores. I realized quickly why every local mom I knew recommended this place. The staff are knowledgeable and kind, with unending patience for questions and a wide selection in stock. I didn't feel pressured, and their prices were very fair. Sukh helped us find the right stroller for us, and I know TJ Kiddies will be my first stop for baby and kid items from now on!

So glad to have a TJs out in Colwood. We have enjoyed shopping here for our first child. The crew is so knowledgeable and the ladies were able to teach us how to use the stroller and install the car seat in our car. Looking forward to more future visits at this store!

Buying baby stuff for the first time can be overwhelming. My husband went and checked out TJ’s in Colwood to ask some questions, and Fran was SUPER helpful and answered all his questions, devoting a lot of time. She was so helpful that I went back with him the next day to try out things for myself, ask more questions, and again, she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and had all the time in the world for us. She turned a potentially stressful buying situation into a really positive experience! As a result of her expertise, we avoided some bad purchases we wouldve made online had we not tried things out in store. Go Fran and go TJ’s! Totally recommend.

Highly recommend. Incredible staff, in particular Fran. I first met Fran at the Victoria location when I was setting up my baby shower registry 6 years ago. She goes above and beyond for customer service, knowledge and professionalism. From our first car seat, to our stroller and all baby necessities in between, her product knowledge has helped me find the best items for my children over the years. I now frequent the Colwood store she has moved to for all of my shopping. Thank you for everything over the years & now helping me find the perfect baby gifts for my friends & family. The team at TJ’s is super helpful and full of advice. We went to see them to get stocked up for our first child. We had a ton of questions and they had all the answers. Great job TJ Crew!

Ladies all were amazing.
Went into look for travel stuff. Found booster seats, 2 to choose from. Loved the one from Diono. Retractable cup, snack holders. Safety clips to the seats.
A lady offered us to try in our van. Very sweet of her to offer.
We have had 2 other booster seats without this offer. I have been so cautious about my Littles safety.

Tons of quality baby and kid products at a variety of price points. Love that they carry so much Jan & Jul outdoor attire! The store is beautiful and airy and I look forward to coming back when they are fully set up. Friendly service, too.

I love having TJ's closer to home. The store is so clean and beautifully laid out. The staff are so helpful. I can always find what I need, even as my kids grow older at TJ's.
