All staff members are helpful and customer service oriented but DEBBIE is AWESOME at Millstream store. She helped me in EXCHANGING one set of my 18x24 Canvases without any hassle. A SIMPLE EXCHANGE.. you must have a receipt.. Thats it.. no need to go again on the Cash counter......

I've had occasion to shop at this Michael's location several times since I moved to Langford. I've had nothing but good experiences at this store. Today, I made arrangements to have something custom framed. Carly did a great job explaining my options and helping me make a great selection. She provided clear information about another job I plan to have done there. Highly recommended.

Staff were extremely helpful and efficient! New seasonal stock was being put in place so great deals on summer stock items were to be found! You can't walk out without finding something new to try or a great deal! Found great projects for Summer Bible Camp for kids!

Great shopping experience! There was an error on the advertised pricing and it was handled so well by (I asked for names to write this) Jessica and I believe her manager Deana. I was impressed with how quick and seamless it was fixed.

They have a much better selection than the Uptown location. It was nice to see shelves that were stocked.

I really enjoy spending time on Michaels lol you can find very good deals and high quality items. This is a dreams store for a crafter. Friendly staff is an extra value there. There is self checkout available on site, curb side pick up and delivery as well. If you download the mobile app you'll get extra discount on a regular price item

I ordered a same day delivery order. When I received the order, unfortunately half of it was missing. I called in just to inquire and it turned out the third party used to deliver, missed part of the order when picking up. The third party service wasn't responding to requests to pick up and deliver the rest. So the manager, Deanna, hand delivered it herself. Her service was amazing, down to each time we spoke on the phone to even in person at my door :)

Popped in yesterday with a problem looking for a solution. Both members of staff I spoke with were very polite and helpful. Kudos especially to Chloe for suggesting a great solution I had not thought of, even though it uses a product Michaels doesn't sell.
