Undercover Secrets

So I have tried previous to shop at the stores here in Nelson and have had terrible experiences with staff. I have heard great things about undercover secrets and figured I would give it a try as I was in desperate need of new bras and a refit to see where I am at in size since having a kid. Well I was pleasantly surprised and my expectations were exceeded. I walked in and both the ladies working greated me and asked if they could help. I explained I needed a fitting and help finding some new bras. She was able to fit me based off of just looking at my previous bra on me... Now that is talent! She asked what I was looking for in style, fabrics and colors then pulled a selection of items for me to try on. She checked on the fits as we went along and was so complementary and made me feel good. It went so well I bought 5 new bras. Thanks so much you girls are awesome.

I absolutely adore this store. For the first time in my life I have been sized for a bra correctly.
I have been 2 times now. The first time was a bit of a longer visit to figure out what bras work best for me.
The 2nd time was super quick and speedy. The owners daughter was amazing and knew exactly what I was looking for.

I stopped by to buy some nursing bras. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. You know how a woman feels like she can conquer the world after getting a great haircut? I think she feels the same way after buying a professionally fitted bra. Let me tell ya, I feel like a million bucks!

Carol and the staff at UCS make you feel good about spending your money locally. I’ve NEVER seen another small business donate and give back to the community as much as Carol has.

Every time I have gone in, it been for a gift for others, and I always find what I hope to, or more. The prices are reflective of the quality, but the other amazing feature is the sheer amount of selection STOCKED in the store.

I went in for an undergarment, and the original one I wanted to get wasn’t in my size. Carol came back with 3 completely different options for me to choose from,
So I didn’t have to go elsewhere. I’ve never seen a local store stock this many options. You’ll ALWAYS have an option if you’re stuck.

There’s something for every budget as well, I purchased my first bra from them, and I never treated myself as I always thought I couldn’t afford “fancy bras” Carol found one perfect for what I wanted, and I paid less for it than I had at other chain type lingere style, and it’s held up way beyond what I expected.

I could go on forever about this gem and the amazing ladies who run it and work there. Truly the kindest souls.

Undercover secrets helped me with selection and usage of a breast prosthesis. They were kind and informative and provided a very relaxed atmosphere. SO glad I went in!!! Thanks ladies!!!

I have never walked into a lingerie boutique that is as inclusive and welcoming as Undercover Secrets is. Carol, Elisha, and Shelby are all such beautiful people inside and out who have such huge hearts and are as supportive as their bras for all shapes and sizes!
These ladies have helped and given back to our small community numerous times and have never asked for anything in return.

I hadn't bought an underwater bra for years before going to undercover secrets. I found them terribly uncomfortable. Turns out I was wearing trying to wear the wrong size. Shelby fitted me with the most comfortable bra I've had in my entire life (just by looking by the way, crazy). And it's not boring! I never have the feeling I need to take my bra off and "release the girls" anymore. I often forget I'm wearing it! Except for the fact that they're sitting where they should!

From maternity bras, to swim suits the selection here is amazing. Friendly staff who always makes sure you feel welcome and comfortable. I always recommend this store to everyone.

I love this store. I used to dread shopping for bras and bathing suits but all of that changed when I found Undercover Secrets. The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. They carry a broad spectrum of really great products. You will pay more than you would at some other stores but the quality of their products is worth the cost. I now love shopping for bras and bathing suits.

Love the ladies! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. There is a wide range of selection for all fits and sizes. I even brought my 15 year old daughter to be properly fitted. The store is very well organized and clean. I highly recommend everyone to visit.

The very helpful and knowledgeable staff helped me find exactly the right fit. The store is clean, bright, and well organized with great selection. The Covid measures they have in place are extensive and I felt very comfortable during my visit.

Shopping experience was so enjoyable thanks to Shelby who was extremely helpful and knew everything there is to know about bras. From now on , this is the only store I will buy bras from.
