Bit of a hidden gem. The golf course is in good shape and well looked after. Pricing is reasonable and the restaurant is well above average. The campground is very well maintained, amenities are clean and above average quality Susan is as delightful a camp host as you will ever meet. Lives our stay and hope to be back.

We stayed here in a 25' RV for 1 night only, would've stayed longer if we had the time. Nice spacious flat site with power and water and wifi. Friendly host Susan greeted us upon arrival, nice amenities and quiet.

Honestly one of the best RV parks I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend, if you enjoy a nice environment, the golf course, there’s nothing better

This course is a true golfer’s dream. Outstanding layout, walkable, amazing conditions, and great local atmosphere. It hands down the best golf course in the West Kootenays and a true hidden gem in BC. I will put the course on par with any golf course in the province that charges less than $100 a round (peak season).

Price per night is fantastic, tent sites are huge, the campground host is very hospitable and went out of her way to help us out. Food at the clubhouse is great and the golf course looks like it would be a lot of fun.

The nearby trail network was also great. I took the kids for a short walk there and they enjoyed the connection with nature.

We will definitely be back and I recommend you go there too.

Nicely maintained and beautiful! Had a lovely round and also enjoyed the driving range. Stopped in the pro shop and let one of my sons pick a hat and shirt since it was his birthday and the gentleman working there gave him a few "birthday extras" too.

Just outside of Castlegar is the small (about 20 sites) RV Park at the Castlegar Golf course.
The Park is well laid out and maintained. There are many trees.
All sites have good, level, gravel pads with water and either 30 or 50 amp power.
Note that there is no sewer dump, either on the sites or at the Park. It is necessary to travel into Castlegar to dump your tanks.
The Park does have excellent washrooms and a laundry facility so it is possible to extend the time until it is necessary to dump.
Access to the Dove Hill hiking trail is just beside the Park and views from the hill are well worth the climb.
Discounts are provided to users of the Park who also want to golf.
The Golf Club Restaurant and Lounge are open to users of the Park as well.
There are numerous activities available in Castlegar and the surrounding area.

We got there late (9 pm) Very friendly hostess greeted us and directed us to our campsite. Showers were warm and nicely appointed. Convenient laundry. Quiet and pleasant campsites. Nearby trail to hike. Very tidy and clean and reasonably priced. Golf club next door if you like golf. Would definitely stay here again.

Reserved only one night at the end of July as we were on our way back to Vancouver Island and was greeted by a very pleasant host. As we arrived later in the day we asked if there might be anything available for another night. The next day Susan let us know early in the morning that she was able to accomodate us for another night in another site. We were very thankful for this. The sites were spacious enough for our unit and we were able to maintain social distancing in this era of Covid. Although there was no sewer service at the siteand we were self contained, the bathroom and shower areas were impeccable and we would definitely keep the park in mind for future camping trips.

The hosts are amazing!

Wish I stayed long to golf but I only got to stay 1 night at the campsite.

Will make another trip out!

Washrooms are clean and they do offer showers

Didn’t golf. Came for dinner and drinks. Cool atmosphere. Had a table on the patio. Decent view of the course and mountain side. If you go here. You must try the nachos, they were amazing. Also had an awesome Chicken with Brie and jam sandwich.

Side note: the table that was seated a few down from us did an amazing thing, they paid for the whole tab. Words can’t express how cool that was. My turn now to pay it forward. Thanks again stranger🙏🙏🙏.
