Tim Hortons

Nothing to complain or congratulate on here. Was overall good, got what we ordered at the quality we expected. Cashier was patient for being foreigners who have never seen the menu options before! Speaking on the menu options, they have a pretty nice list of food and donuts options compared to the places I'm used to (Starbucks, Dutchbros, etc), Coffee was definitely different from all the shops we have in the states, not as many options to choose from it felt like and definitely not as sweet as most the drinks you get in the states, even a simple drink on the states is going to be pretty sweet at almost every shop I'll go to, up in Canada every coffee I had haf almost no sweetness to them, either way was still a good experience, can't compare to other Tim Hortons on quality, but it was clean, nice fast and good!

The people who work here (especially the evening manager) has the most patience I have ever seen. I have been at this location on who separate coassions where he has been subjected to a level of rudeness from customers that is nothing short of harassement. Both times he remained calm and professional while being pointed and sworn at and resolved the ‘issue’.

I am from the United States and I have to say these are the best dunks in the world they are fresh. Today I tried a bagel that thing was so soft and good. If you come to Canada look for it's him important we will not be disappointed

Me and my friends would always stop here for a quick snack. The place is always clean and cozy. It's affordable and they get the job done efficiently. Food is hot, fresh and delicious.

Love Tim Hortons. I'm from a hockey family, so it's part of our tradition when we travel to Canada. Love their breakfast foods, and of course the coffee. My son loves the Donuts and getting hockey trading cards.

Love my local Tim’s drive thru - I go almost every morning!

My first visit to Canada.. I use to play an online game and there was this woman who swore by her "timmies". I'm assuming it's their version of Starbucks or Dutch Bros here in the states. So I had to stop in while I was there. Friendly staff, clean environment. It didn't beat my Dutch Bros here in the states, but it was good. Thank you!

Amazing job by harpreet kaur at castlegar Tom Hortons. What a delicious way to present grill cheese. Thank you so much for making my evening. Definitely driving back from trail again to enjoy this meal.

Staff here are amazing, most know our orders even before we make them. Yes we are regulars and with the service we get the majority of the time we will stay regulars! Keep up the great service!

The drive though at this Tim Hortons was so fast it was shocking. Lines moved so quickly, and food was ready immediately at the window. All the staff had smiles on their faces too! The order was accurate, fresh, and the drinks were refreshing.

It seems like it's a brand new restaurant. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself was very clean and had lots of tables for our group to sit at. Service was very fast and they made really nice Americano decaf.

It was great experience dining at this store. The east indian guy named karan was very helpful. He made french vanilla as per my requirement by mixing coffee into it to taste good.

This store location is great, you do need to check your items from time to time like any place, but the staff are excellent and always ready to help. Friendly location. My one downside is not with this store though, but with the Tim Hortons website. They tried to go modern and just went straight annoying, cant find a menu online now without making an actual order. No thanks.

Stopped at this Tim Hortons on the way home around 5:20pm today. I was greeted joyfully by the drive thru attendant and the service was awesome! Definitely made my night. I forget his name but it started with a P and he had a tattoo on his forearm!

I love their french vanilla and every time I drive thru I always find staff smiling and conversing nicely with customers.

Very clean and stylish Tim's. Nice to sit in and relax with your food. Service time is pretty quick, this Tim's is much better than Trail's Tim's currently
