Good to have a big store in a small town, although the chicken in all super stores and no frills taste terrible in the last few years, turkey too, I get my chicken and turkey elsewhere.

A well-stocked store with great options. Their produce is wonderful - I bought a bag-salad and ate it a week after purchasing, and was surprised to find everything as fresh as the day I bought it. The prices, in general, are surprisingly low. I'm from Castlegar but was in Calgary for a few years, and found Castlegar's prices to be excellent, even double-checking a few items to make sure the price really was that low.

The staff is doing the best they can considering the situation (despite some "disgruntled customers" who should take themselves elsewhere if they can't find anything nice to say to the hardworking folk), and I find the long checkout line usually moves pretty fast. I haven't had any issues getting assistance when I need it as there's usually 3 or 4 employees on the floor.

No frills have variety of food options and other day to day goods to choose with different price ranges. Therefore, it is convenient. (Tax is added at last in the bill for some goods. This is general to all super markets though. So, this is just for information) They have a good parking space too.

Good selection of things, cashiers are friendly and efficient. Was not hassled for having a medical mask exemption. They will continue to get my business.

I drive an hour and a half to shop here because it's the best service I've found so far in the Kootenays. I shopped at one grocery store for 20 years, their service went downhill and I no longer shop there. Thanks for picking up the slack.

Good supermarket, here you can find good food and low price.

A good groceries' store, where you will definitely find products in your budget. It has a large parking space just outside and lies in the middle of castlegar downtown and community place. Bus stop is right outside the store.

Big store with a lot of selection. Was on the hunt for No Frills merch and was able to score a couple cooler bags, and a lunch box
