Mallard's Source For Sports

We were traveling through Castlegar and ended up getting a hotel room with a pool. We went there just before close to try to find some swimsuits for the hotel room. The staff were super helpful with finding what we needed without breaking the bank.....they contributed to us having an wonderful stay. Thanks Ladies!!

Good customer service story. I bought some xc-skis here and had an issue 3 weeks after buying them. The receipt said returns or exchanges only within two weeks. They contacted the ski company (Salomon), and agreed to exchange the skis. This is why I buy local, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have gotten the same service had I bought my skis online.

Great service with super friendly and knowledgeable staff members. We had a problem with a pair of xc skis and they went out of their way to help us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Will definitely go back if I ever need more ski or outdoor gear.
