Broke a screen while camping. Driving through and found this place. Dropped my phone off at 4:05 and it was done before 5pm. Fixed. Perfect. OEM Apple part.

I had such a great experience with fundamentals! My phone was absolutely smashed (to the point i wasnt sure it could be fixed), and not only did they put it back into like new condition, but the owner came in on a holiday Monday to make sure I could get it back as fast as possible. They were kind, informative, and incredibly helpful through the entire experience, and they quoted the best price out of all the shops I talked to. I would absolutely go to them again!

These amazing human beings were there in our lowest moments to pick us up and guide us to get back on track. We were hacked and they were able to diagnose and correct the issue with great speed. They also have a great retail store with amazing games and educational tools for children. 100% recommend.

I broke my Samsung galaxy S10 screen last Tuesday, the LCD screen was also damaged and not usable. Brought it in to see about a repair. The staff were super nice and told me the facts right away. Being an older model, it had to be ordered in which is understandable. Khalil told me a set price and when it would arrive. The screen arrived on that day and the price was more then fair. Dropped off the phone and was all done within about an hour. Great professional service would recommend for phone repair over anybody in the Nelson, Castlegar and Trail area!!!

My "obsolete" iMac was operating so slowly--and with painfully nonstop buffering needed to complete simple tasks--that it was making me a crazy person on a daily basis. Sadly, Apple's only suggestion was for me to purchase a new computer. I took it into Fundamentals instead, and the staff there worked their magic in about twenty-four hours flat. Thanks to their amazing talents, my iMac now works like it's brand new. I wish I'd sought their help years ago; not only did they save me thousands of dollars on the unnecessary purchase of a new iMac but, just as importantly, the good people at Fundamentals saved my sanity, as well. I kid you not!!!

Spilled coffee on my MacBook Air and ruined the keyboard. Fundamentals took it in and fixed it within two days. So far they have done great work for me and the computer is still doing well.
