This woman needs to retired and not be a hazard to the community. She blatantly dismisses patient symptoms and only if they land in the hospital does she react. When asked to clarify patient condition, she immediately jumps to the conclusion that the symptoms felt and displayed is a result of anxiety and that it's all "in the head". She lectures patients until they are on the brink of tears and says "if you don't follow my orders, don't bother coming back to me". You're supposed to be a health care provider, not a bully. Would urge all current patients to switch doctors or go to walk in. Even those doctors who haven't been following me are more courteous and professional. If you are going to get a paycheque out of your patients, at least treat them with dignity.

Another thing I forgot to mention is that if you feel that your symptoms require further tests, don't rely on this person to investigate. You almost have to beg her to give you a requisition, if she is in a good mood. Other times, she'll just straight up decline your request. Again, just go to a walk in or urgent care. You deserve better.

First of all, their receptionist is very unprofessional. When you were trying to book for appointment but they sounded like they would rather you not come. They would say that’s too bad, no other available date. So I booked 2 month ahead, on the day, I came on time despite it was snowing. They told me the doctor is on vacation. Patient should have called to confirm their own appointment.

The doctor herself is also very unprofessional. I have chronic back pain, she told me to go swimming. I had to begged for a X-ray scan. Then my physiotherapy doctor told me my back pain is due to sciatic pain. Only MRI can find out. Which my family doctor did not told me about what kinda pain that I was in. And what kind of check up I should be doing.

医生特别不耐烦。症状还没有描述完医生已经要往外走。甚至在第一个症状描述的时候医生也只是站在门口听，根本没有想要做记录写诊断。这不是第一次了，如果不想接可以说关门或者拒收，没必要让我一遍遍的约还每次都没有办法完整描述症状。
