Shopped in store for a new king bed & was served by Mint. Such lovely service, I told her what I wanted & what I didn't want in a bed & she directed me to 3 great options. The transaction was effortless, fast & im very happy with my purchase/quality of the piece. The shipping was fast & the gentleman that delivered our furniture were careful & polite. Will be shopping at Ipswich FF again.

We bought 2 double beds for our kids at Ipswich Fantastic Furniture. Nikita is a very friendly staff who served us on the day. She spent a very good amount of time giving us all information of all the things we asked. The beds are very best quality, trendy oak colour and YES ONLY $329 each (unbelievable affordable price tag in this economy).
The only thing that little disappointed is the mattress and study desks we like, are out of stock so sad 😞
But YES 👍🏻 we came home happy with the beds we purchased.

Great service from Eve from the minute i went into the store saying i was in desperate need of furniture. Brought my partner back later in the day and it was all done and dusted. Few hiccups around deliveries but she had that sorted fast as well. Great champion for the store. We will be back!!

Ordered a futon, armchair and table online and received a message soon after to say my order was ready. I contacted the Ipswich store to organise the delivery. The fellow I had on the phone was amazing, friendly and very efficient considering I called near closing on a Sunday. Items were delivered to by Tuesday to a rural town. I cannot fault these guys. Great service and I am super happy with the items.

Nikita helped us today track down a full bedroom set up for a family in need -> best customer service I have seen in a long time.

Really excellent service from a young woman worker. Very, very impressed. She was patient, helpful and knowledgeable in helping my wife and I pick out furniture.

The attention to detail and actual effort in service was pretty amazing compared to other nearby furniture retailers, especially since they seem to be the best value for money.

I already have two of these desks but needed two more, so even though I have to wait two months for them to arrive, I'm still grateful to the shop assistant who helped me order some more. Great quality.

14 October. I was just informed that the Ipswich store didn't have my mattresses in stock and wouldn't have them in my required time. Sue at Ipswich store searched for the mattresses and was able to arrange for me to collect them from Helensvale. A bit a drive but I'm happy if it means my Aunt has a place to sleep.thank you Sue!!

The staff member was friendly and helpful. I was given advice and information relative to what I was interested in promptly without personal bias. No pressure shopping/sales. Calm and honest people. Affordable prices and fast delivery. Layout of store was also inviting and easy to navigate. I was really pleased with the customer service we received and the great quality furniture. They have something for everyone. I will make sure to go back and see them when we are in need of any additional items. We bought all our furniture here. 5 stars for the customer service and the quality. Would recommend to others this positive experience.

Ipswich store are so helpful but Nikitaak services is great so helpful and so easy to deal with

Had some delivery complications with some products we ordered and Caroline did her best to sort these out for us. The two men in the warehouse section were absolutely incredible and did everything they could to make my many trips as easy as possible. So thankful to these two guys, they were wonderful and I can't thank them enough for their efforts.

Shopped there again over the weekend after calling thru during the week for a bed and mattress. The young guy that served me Kallum was awesome. He was wearing hi vis when I first visited and then when I came back in on the weekend he was wearing a staff shirt. Turns out he is the ultimate all rounder that can handle front and back of shop. Staff were happy to let us browse and work out what we wanted. Staff were friendly and provided great service. Would definitely shop here again. Loved that we could take our purchase home immediately, instead of having to wait for delivery.
