The service I received today was outstanding!
Kyle in tech was so knowledgeable and gave me honest feedback and detailed information. He took the time to explain in great detail about certain products I was interested in.
The ladies at the lay-by counter were so friendly and lovely, their service made me feel so welcomed.

This is a particularly nice Big W store. It has all the usual offerings. What sets it apart is the lovely clear, wide aisles, even for the special displays. This makes it very accessible. There is a small disabled change room. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's nice to see both self-service and manned checkouts (which are always staffed). Open, well lit and clean.

I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding assistance I recieved from one of your staff member. During my recent visit, Melissa(staff member of Big W springfield orion) went above and beyond to patiently guide me through finding the gift and wrap it for me .

Her willingness to help make the process seamless and enjoyable. Its employees like Melissa that truly enhances the customer service.

My local store. Adore the book selection and happy to say that the debut book I co-wrote with my husband is available at BIG W now.

Posting this review particularly to say how wonderful service was on a busy Saturday morning, by all four team members I interacted with over a range of shopping needs. Great walking into and through a store to be greeted by genuine smiles and desire to assist customers. Fabulous work team!

I had a 'click and collect' order to pick up from the service desk. My order was past the due collection time, (my first order) Monica was so helpful and patient as we negotiated my options and saved my order from cancellation. Thank you Monica!

Clean store that is fully stocked with all your Easter Egg needs in 2023. Very impressed with the vast variety of Easter Eggs for sale.

I mean seriously, who doesn't love Big W, it has everything and brilliant prices. Some of the staff could use some customer service skills every now and again.

Large store with just about everything you would need for your home. Best to park on the side where Big W is located. Otherwise you'll rack up a lot of walking minutes.

Very friendly staff who were willing to stop what they were doing to help me out and find a book series I was looking for. Highly recommended store

Shout out to the lovely lady who works the self service registers with short blonde hair (sorry I didn't catch your name) very friendly service. Helped me out with the price of a Disney princess doll during the toy sale. Went above and beyond 👏👏 left with a smile on my face.

It's changed. Wow.. very clean but couldn't find what I wanted. There were not many staff around. Lady older island lady at the door ...

Came in today to exchange my daughter's shoes which I had bought online for bigger sizes.
It was a seamless transaction, hassle free. Bought a few other things too while browsing. Great range and good service.

Also, I have to thank the store manager here a few months ago as I had left my phone in one of the Isles and she searched and found them for me even though I had called just after closing time.

I went to buy a car seater for my son...they have so many varieties of things... affordable price and also customer service is so good...a young girl working there was so helpful and also she was making sure she is providing us the appropriate information and things ,I was looking for..

Was good they were quite organised for being such a busy day. I got a great deal on an air fryer being boxing Day, there was also plenty of staff to help but equally important, none of them bothered us

Had to return a product but couldn't find the receipt. The lady at the service desk was very helpful, she scanned my rewards card and printed a new receipt and completed the refund

Love store happy staff. Lady at service desk very helpful. Just wish they had something to identify staff with. Only way is look for someone who is pulling a trolley. Or unpacking and tidying stock. Frustrating 🤔
