Ipswich Anaconda are the most friendliest and easy to talk to, they helped me with what I needed I would like to give a special shout out to kel who works there she was the most nice and helpful person there she did her job amazingly always has a smile and easy to talk to and helped with all that we needed. Excellent customer service the lovely cashiers were patient and helpful and we looked for a product that said out of stock in the scanner but cashier knew of one that was returned brand new unused. I've been here few times and can't fault the customer service. Lots of great products and love that if you're a club member you get massive discounts so join the club it's free!

Came in browsing for a B’day present for my son, Kel approached and was amazing and down to earth, looked around at a few other stores and came back because of Kel! The go to store for all things recreational, excellent customer service every time I come here. Easy to browse, a friendly greeting and no bother to look up my membership or update my details. You never feel badgered to buy and the advice is right on the money. Membership does provide for great discounts and you feel welcomed and valued. The choice of camping, hiking, water sports, fishing and everything in between, this store covers it at very reasonable prices. Good parking, close to the front door and great location in West Ipswich. Keep up the great work everyone.

Great shop for anything outdoors. Needed new pair of hiking boots and browsed the usual shopping sites online before. Prices at Anaconda were competitive, and in my case, cheaper than online retailers.

Got everything I needed for my fishing trip away.
Perfect selection of lures, rod&reel combos and tackle. Great customer service and great advice.

I purchased some Hi-Tec Womens hiking shoes and Injinji socks they are wonderful. I had a sales assistant named Wendy who was absolutely amazing and very helpful and new her products very well. Very pleased will be back again!!

I was mildly surprised by something called rain i think. Went to annaconda for a raincoat. Got a rainbird jacket and saw that keen shoes were 20 % off so bought a pair too. Job done. Pretty good range of goods at reasonable prices for outdoorsie stuff.
