Hungry Jack's Burgers Ipswich

Probably the only hungry jacks in the area that understand their own menu when I ask them questions about it. They 99% of the time understand my order at the speaker box and then get it right at the end of the drive through. They must have a good manager training their team to be intuitive with the customers

Good food and service. Unfortunately, there was an angry bogan who lost his rag, abused staff, then stormed off and from outside the store threw a full can of mother at the front door. The staff kept their composure. I got breakfast and a show.

Finally, a place that actually gives you enough Biscoff ice cream. Just had it with all the other Hungry Jack's nearby. Not giving enough ice cream or cookies into my order and seeing this one being able to give lots of cookies and ice cream, I'm thoroughly satisfied and I will be coming back here again 10 out of 10

This Hungry Jack's location stands out for its generous portions, especially when it comes to their Biscoff ice cream. It's not just the quantity; the quality is top-notch as well. Additionally, the restaurant is clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience. The drive-thru service is quick, and they've got the order right every single time, which is more than I can say for some other locations.

In a world where you often get less than what you pay for, this Hungry Jack's is a pleasant exception. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the mood for some indulgent Biscoff ice cream or any of their other tasty offerings. A solid 10/10 from me, and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I ordered a macchiato extra hot, a water bottle and a spicy sauce. I entered my name as “Dylbangs F.” on the self service terminal and planned to announce loudly that the F stands for frequently when they call out my order... they called out D.F. disappointed to be outwitted I approached the counter, I was handed a water bottle and a cold macchiato. I had to ask for the sauce that I paid $0.30 for, and they asked me how many I wanted, this means I could have simply not paid for the sauce and asked for it at the counter and saved $0.30. This whole experience made my mother, with whom I had come to this hungry jacks, VERY EMBARRASSED. Overall, 9/10 experience, I simply wish the person at the counter had called my preferred name so I could embarrass my mum more.

Love this place. Bread rolls are always fresh. Burger patties are hot. Best Hungry Jack's ever

Every restaurant has their moments, so this 5 star is for the time i was served.

The burgers were tasty, nice and hot. Not like at other places

Besides this time a huntsman roaming the front end scaring the staff. Everything is always great here

Ordered through online, went there and request to change order where as they accept the change in request even though change of my mind, served fast aswell

It's a case of getting what you pay for, but sometimes you just want to eat out without wasting too much. My current order of choice in this scenario is a BBQ cheeseburger, medium chips, and frozen drink. $6.50 all up at the time of writing this.

They were doing so well until they stuffed up my recent order...

Went last night, our one at One Mile closes at 10 pm, right when my son finishes work, so now have to travel out of the way to get food. Must say it was so nice not to get a burnt burger for a change. Drive- thru not the biggest, but challenge accepted.

The burgers were delicious, service was fantastic. The atmosphere was great especially now that they have the little stars everywhere ✨

The young man that was on drive through around 5pm monday the 21st of November was very polite and had very good manners. His parents must have raised him very well. I would definitely recommend coming here!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love Hungry Jack’s!! This is our local one and they always have a super clean store and friendly staff! And the food is always delicious! My favorite is the whopper with cheese and the frozen Coke! Yummy!

I've always liked this place. It had that old style rock and roll about it. Even had a jukebox. Not now it's all gone. It's still a great place to eat at. It's tidy. Now they play loud music that I don't know.

Hungry jacks booval is always a treat. Every time I am greeted by friendly, smiling staff, and I consistently receive efficient and correct orders. I don’t think I’ve ever had an order that I’ve had to take back. I’ve been going to this hungry jacks for over a decade, and it continues to be the best in Ipswich. The music on the tv is always good, why can’t more shops play music like that. The playground was always fun as a kid. Overall, one of the best fast food joints I’ve ever been to

Surprisingly, this has been one of the few fast food places I have visited recently where everything was prepared correctly the first time around. The food was fresh and hot and the service was fairly quick. Good job guys!
