Bunnings Bundamba

Had a very positive experience today and would like to commend your staff member Shane. I came in with an idea of a few Ryobi items I needed. Shane was able to find a more suitable option in the power Tool area which saved me $ and will better suit my needs. He also gave some really handy tips on batteries / storage and helped me pick the most suitable extra battery to add to my collection at home

He then went the extra mile taking me to the gardening tool area to pick out a line trimmer and gave a demo on how to use and refill the line. A few other team members also stepped in to help us / join in our convo and all were really friendly and made the experience super fun,

Great place very local, had everything we needed, staff are very helpful. Pick up some shells for our puppies, awesome price.

Am there every weekend, staff always helpful. Joints always clean, plant section always looks good. Could lower plants prices every now n then though,Bunnings garden I have. sausage sangas are yummo

Pieta was the biggest help! She was so kind and helped us get swim carnival ready… Bunnings theme. Maggie was also lovely. Highly recommend!

The staff are cheery and helpful which is nice. The escalators don't always work but the lift is available. Parking is ample and undercover.

I went to Bunnings Bundamba on Sunday and received exemplary help from Samuel in the paint section. He helped me with all of my questions about which was the correct paint and helped me with the colour. Samuel is an asset to the team. Thank you!

It's great, I just love exploring here to see what they have.

Trade entrance is very narrow and always some palettes in turning end at end of the bay. Be careful when turning, I damaged my front bar. No safety signs or bollards.

Staff always go the extra mile to help. Recently assisted by a lovely, knowledgeable lady at the paint counter (lili?) and a helpful young man (red hair) in the plumbing area. They also have a no hassle attitude with exchanging unsuitable purchases. Thank you!

Customer experience absolutely amazing, from when I entered the door to leaving. Prue answered the call to help myself with getting some potting mix as due to medical reasons I am unable to lift the weight by myself she even cashed me out and helped with loading it into the car. She was so friendly with both other customers and stuff, loved to see it and was great to have help without feeling like a bother to others. No wonder she is the store manager there. Best experience possible. Thank you so much for the Bunnings team at Bundamba.

Just wanted to shout out Cooper from the Cafe for his amazing customer service today! He was so informative and helpful, and went out of his way to offer other products and services that would benefit my small business. Well stocked. There is plenty of undercover parking. Elevator and travelator access to the store.

Good layout and well stocked with the items I was looking to get. Staff were Friendly and greeted me even though it was late in the evening.

We wanted to buy a fire from this store that wasn't on the shop floor but was showing they had stock. Sally was on customer service and helped us locate the fire in the store, then arranged for it to be lifted down. She then called to make sure our vehicle was suitable for transportation.
