JB Hi-Fi Orion Springfield HOME

This is my first time in JB Hi-Fi in this mall and i think among other JB Hi-Fi outlets that i have visited, i think this is the best.
I think the place is well organized, a lot of options and yesterday when i visited, there were a lot of good deals for apple products!

Good location. Big retail outlets for electrical, electronics, IT, games and communication products, etc. Lots of variety for choice. Almost weekly have sales and bargains. Friendly staff, nice ambience and entertaining outlets. Can spend hours browsing their products without their staff harassing to buy and explaining. Recommended for visit and window shopping.

Seriously, this business is tremendous, and Shi (their expert on all things drone, phone, electronics) is amazing. I purchased a $1600 drone from them, something went wrong with one of the batteries. Replaced. Collision avoidance failed on the replacement and it crashed doing some damage. They looked at the video, considered it to be a fair outcome, and replaced. Understand ? So the facility is great, the staff are a pleasure to deal with, the product range great & the prices more than fair - but as a BUSINESS they make fair, ethical, even consumer-oriented choices, and these days that isn't just good, it's OUTSTANDING.

I visited this branch of Jb Hi-Fi, as I was looking for a specific phone model.
I was warmly welcomed by the service agent, who provided a very professional, prompt, friendly, and helpful service.
He elaborated on all available offers in order to assist me in choosing the best product for me.
Despite there being many customers to serve at the same time, he did not neglect anyone waiting.
I am extremely satisfied with the service provided and would recommend this place.
The store is located on the ground floor and can be tricky to find for first-time visitors.
There is free parking available within the shopping centre premises.

I had an issue with a new phone over the last six months and the two men at the phone/tech counter were extremely helpful and understanding every time I went in store and called. We ended up having to get a replacement because it turns out the phone was faulty but I honestly have never had a better experience at a store! Massive thanks to Zac as well!

Nathan at your Springfield orion qld location is such a great asset to your team.
I've been a customer at this location for a good couple of years, and he is always upbeat, friendly and helpful.
Even if i need help with items outside his department, he will take the time to give me the best advice and care.
Iam on the spectrum and can have many questions and talk a lot, but he is extremely patient with me and treats me like a valued customer every single time.
It dosent matter how chaotic or busy the store maybe, his service is always the best I've ever recieved.

I really appreciate this, as i also work in retail and understand how demanding the job role can be and how much energy it takes to give such good service every shift for the entire shift.

Nathan deserves recognition for the hard work he puts in and always is able to put a smile on my face.
He is an absolute superstar and you're very lucky to have him as a team member of your orion Springfield location.

Went in today looking for a washing machine. Found one my heart was immediately set on. I’m a goober and never get names of ppl but a young guy came over and told me it wasn’t in stock. He then proceeded to suggest others but I knew what I wanted and asked if there was any way I could have that washing machine. this employee went out of his way, beyond basic customer service standards and checked on the computer other companies that sell that washing machine and which stores have it in stock, he found it in stock at a harvey norman for $50 cheaper. that’s what customer service is all about. it’s not always just making a sale at the store you work at. he genuinely helped me and i will go back to jb hi fi for other purchases because it’s clear that these employees care about their customers.

What can I say? JB Hi Fi is always fun to go into and browse. The employees are always very helpful and polite. The selection is vast and the service has always been fast in my experience. Everyone is smiling and cheerful.

I come here every time a member of our family of 4 needs a new phone or an updated phone plan. Most recently assisted by Georgia, who gave the most wonderful customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal that would suit our needs.

Friendly staff welcoming customers guiding them to the right places. On the floor staff's have great knowledge of the products and giving the customers a great shopping experience.

The team here always goes the extra mile to provide great service. I come here for electrical needs big and small, from a TV aerial connector to a smart phone.

Convenient location for me with helpful staff and reasonably priced. You can probably find some items cheaper online, but I like to have a brick and mortar if something goes wrong.

Can't go wrong with JB. It's our favourite electronics store. Can only speak for JB Orion Springfield where they have great deals and helpful, friendly, staff.

Went Into Springfield this week Expecting a normal customer experience , But Instead I had the privilege of being helped by the experienced Young Lady Ayla
She was extremely Kind and professional as well as a Talented Sales Person
Helped me Find what I needed efficiently and was able to answer all my questions

Staff are always helpful, and friendly. Store can be very busy sometimes, which means you may have to wait a little to talk to one of the experts, but for me that is OK because there is plenty to look at in store, they have such a great range

Had the most AMAZING service with two people I was too distracted to get the names of, one was a really really helpful girl with tattoos and front money pieces in her hair, she was beyond incredible and we also had another person with chainsaw man tattoos that helped us with our exchange. Overall best experience I’ve ever had in a JB and would definitely reccomend the Springfield team♥♥♥

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They patiently listen to the customers, providing assistance and advice, and spend time ensuring their customers are satisfied. I've been to other JB Hi-Fi locations, but none have been as helpful as these guys
