I went there on the weekend, and as soon as I stepped in the door I was greeted. The lady that served me was amazing and had so much knowledge that I never considered when purchasing a mattress. I am so happy to have come to this store. Looking forward to having the best nights sleep when it arrives!

Great experience with Clare in store at Sleep’s Ipswich yesterday 29/12/23. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Got a quote and went home to think about it. Came back in store today 30/12/23 and purchased the adjustable bed base and the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever been on. Thank you ladies for your excellent customer service! Can’t wait for delivery :)

After some disappointing customer service at nearby outlets, my wife and I entered Sleepy's and was warmly welcomed by Clare! With 3 young kids in tow, Clare ensured they couldn't escape so we could choose our new mattress stress free. We chose slightly above our original price range due to Clare's excellent knowledge on what would suit us and we couldn't be happier! After confirming our delivery day, Terry called and said he had picked up our mattress to deliver to the store but was happy to go out of his way and deliver that day (one day early). Exceptional service in store with knowledge and explanation of everything allowing me to feel confident with our purchase. (I didn't feel like I was being served by a pushy salesperson just trying to sell us anything). Delivery and installation perfect as well. The only warning I would give about the bed is, it's so good we slept in until 10am!

Return customer. Some years ago we purchased a mattress at Sleepys Ipswich and was very happy with the quality of customer service and care, as well as the quality of the mattress we purchased. Remembering this, I returned to purchase a new mattress and bed base, once again receiving the Sam’s top quality service. Veteran DVA gold card holders can also recieve an additional discount. I recommend to anyone that they make Sleepys Ipswich, their first place to visit when looking for quality beds and service.

I went in to get a new mattress that is good for my spine and sleep, I do have a spinal disease and in the future ill get worse so the adjustable was on my list to get, she was very nice and helpful she was very welcoming, she asked many questions about my health and sleep. I asked meny questions about the adjustable base and was told everything from warranty/ issues if it occurred and was very happy with her knowledge. She did give me many discounts and also got a new bed frame that is suited for the adjustable and had heaps of options of finish. Also alot of options of payments including lay-by and humm. I also can call up to make payments aswell via the link they send you. Highly recommended.

Staff we very friendly and welcoming. I went into store firstly looking for a bed for my daughter , but ended up walking out with a new bed for myself. Winning for Mummy :-) Clare was extremely helpful ensuring I was getting the right bed for my needs. Most places you walk in and they go for something that is completely out of the customers needs. Clare had me not only lay on the mattresses but also showed me the functions of the bed whilst I was laying on it. (Adjustable base). Clare was very informative in not only the functions of the base but also the layers of the mattress and its cooling foam.

The selection for my new mattress was very easy. The sales assistant was knowledge and extremely helpful. The mattress practically had my name on it before I walked into the store. The added bonus was the delivery of the new and removal of the old mattress. Thanks Sleepy job well done!
