We love the relationship we have established with these people. They are a friendly and helpful family.
The fruit, vegetables and dairy products they sell are high quality at a great price.
We drive a distance to purchase from them because we feel valued as customers.

Great store located in West Ipswich, Qld. In the same plaza area as TK Max, Chemist Warehouse etc. And is a larger store.
The store has an excellent array of items available, everything from a huge amount of arts and craft materials, homewares, rugs and bedding.
As with other Spotlight stores, this one has a fantastic amount of almost every fabric you could think of for your personal projects and to help you with those projects, they have an excellent choice of sewing machines, overlockers, buttons, zips, ribbon and clothing patterns to name just a few.
Fabric cutting to size is available here at more than one serving station.
The store also has a great selection of seasonal items such as Halloween and Christmas.
At this point in time, the store has some great catalogue specials and a 30% off sale on a large number of items.
Access to the store is excellent being directly off of the main road and shares a large outdoor only car parking area with the other plaza stores.
The store does not have public toilets, however, they are available in the plaza area, and are clean.
Staff here have always been very friendly and always willing to help and give advice, especially in the fabric department.
If you haven't been to this store just yet and are able to, it is certainly worth a visit, you wont be dissapointed.

As someone who's hobby is crochet, their colours in the affordable wool could be expanded. The only time I shop here is when they are on sale. Every time I have been the stock of hooks is basically empty. I believe shopping here could be improved by having more staff

Nice and big...was in a rush but I will go back, you need the time to look around...I must admit it was difficult to find things and be nice if prices were a bit more clear...

Dealt with the Manager Karen throughout this week. She was unbelievably friendly and so accommodating, went out of her way to make sure she could do anything she could to help me out. Companies need more people like Karen around. Great experience and Spotlight Ipswich isn’t my local Spotlight.

Very reasonably priced wool and a great ramge to choose from. I made this rug for my son for his 30th birthday

Love shopping here, so clean and organised, could do w a few more staff but the ones they have are so helpful.
