BIG W Booval

Good what ever there doing at this point in time makes the big W store hot and clamly and some of the prices are just to expensive for me as I love there women's clothing I just found cost to much where I can go to Kmart or best and less and pay not as much as big w

Went in for a couple of things online said yes to stock but nothing on the shelf. A staff member went out of her way to go finding one for me and unfortunately she couldn’t find it as there was to much stock so she recommended getting it online for click and collect.
I did & got the rest of my stuff at the same time. The staff that did my click and collect was extra cautious with the vase I got and made sure it was well wrapped :)
Everyone seem to have a great attitude especially being a busy time for them. Thank you

Made a special trip to pick up an item that I organised click and collect for. Store so clean and easy to locate service desk. Great range and affordable prices.

Store was clean and tidy. There was one particular young female staff member who was very nice and friendly and really helpful

Always enjoy visiting store. Clean and tidy with pleasant staff who are always willing to assist. Increased range of stock that makes it an enjoyable time for browsing. When other stores run out, this is where pet food, in particular dog food and dog biscuits can be obtained.

Easy access, didn't wait to check out and didn't have to talk to anyone it was great

Had lunch at Red rooster next door then dropped in to Big W to get a few birthday prezzies. Great range of kitchen wares, stationery for the office, got everything you need from cloths to electrical. Nice big store with self pay as well.

Always a pleasure to shop at Big W Booval. All the shops in the centre are very good, plenty of variety so you can usually find what you need. Plenty of parking available for everyone including the handicapped.

Just so much 2 Lough about when you look around & see everyday people doing their stuff, ##!! Mostly cracking up on a ice cream 🍨or a kid going zippo

Love Big W Booval!! Great place to shop!! Staff are friendly and helpful and if what you purchase isn’t suited for some reason it can be returned as long as you have your docket and the packaging is still good. Great mid year toy sale. As you begin Christmas shopping for children at reduced prices.

Customer service here today was really excellent. I'm pregnant and not feeling well and had to keep sitting down, one young staff member who was stocking a shelf asked me if I was ok and if I needed anything or assistance which was so lovely, the checkout lady was lovely too.
