McDonald's

Went through the drive-through really late at night and had a little bit of a wait, but the food was really hot and fresh and actually looked like the picture for a change. The exit has really quick access to the highway. It's a pity the exit to get INTO Goodna to access the McDonalds is so far back on the highway and easy to miss when you're looking for one near the town.

This place is absolutely amazing the staff in the back are just so kind and helpful about everything and anything the food is amazing and so is the customer service they are very helpful and helped with what to get with there recommendations

I've always received polite and friendly customer service from Goodna McDonald's. Never ever had an issue with an order and food is always hot and brought to me in a timely manner.

Goodna McDonald never fails to give us the wrong food missing items every time whether it’s through the drive thru or UberEats might need to hire someone over the age of sixteen.
After sitting and waiting in the drive thru and watching cars in the other side get service and my food is now gone cold never again going to travel to bellbird park at least they can get it right
Since posting this review I would like to say that there has been a huge improvement regarding service and it has been far more pleasant and enjoyable. I now only have to drive up the road to get my order the food is correct and I still check my order before leaving but am happy to say tonight’s service was absolutely amazing

Wow.. Just wow! i cannot believe how great this store truly is. It performs exceedingly against other stores and i always recieve my order correctly and swiftly. The amount of times i have walked in and smelled that homely aroma, its just extraordinary. I cannot fathom how much i want every citizen to visit here. Keep up the great work everyone!

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcoming when ordering and the girl at counter even repeated the order just to ensure she got it right. Wait was 15 mins but I was not bothered considering how busy it was and how friendly the employees were. Unfortunately I was missing a cheeseburger but when I told the manager about it she apologised and handed me my cheeseburger.
Overall, service was fantasmagorical and food was quite satisfying. Would definitely recommend.

I am speechless. This store exceeded my expectations of a typical Maccas experience. The customer service is amazing and i highly recommend going here. The store looks very clean and the atmosphere is very comforting. This branch is undoubtedly the best Maccas here in Australia. Friendly staff, great food and excellent customer service, what more can you ask for? I am convinced that this fast food place deserves many awards

Honestly one of the better Maccas that ive been to. The chicken nuggets and the chips here are probably the crispest and nicest that ive had from McDonald's. Quick and efficient service with friendly staff

Excellent, Guy at the counter, the only thing I think could be worked on is the Work area noise levels, we couldn't hear until we both yelled. As for the Burgers, they are way too soft. You Asked.

This is a great mcdonalds outlet and food was great compared to some of the other outlets.

Goodna is my favourite store, I mostly use the drive thru but also go in store maybe one in ten visits. I know they get a bad rap but honestly, it's fast food and they're good at it. I know what I'm getting when I choose to eat at McDonald's. The staff do the best they can and the service is always acceptable at a minimum and sometimes it's amazing! My expectations are always met through drive-thru. I've never had my order given to me incorrectly at this store, it's pretty incredible really considering I'm sometimes there twice a day...

Lovely Reception on arrival. Staff Very Professional, Pleasant and Helpful. The Caramel Ice cream Sundae 's were A Great Treasure and Pleasure to Enjoy.

Absolute best experience we’ve ever had at a Maccas! Asked the lovely pregnant lady serving (sorry, didn’t catch name) to make the hash browns extra crisp and was greeted with the BEST hash browns I have had in my life. These hash browns changed my life and fixed all my problems, they were that good. So appreciative that she went the extra mile. Thank you!

Love my chai lattes from maccas always nice and hot and full of flavour, sometimes the drive thru is quick sometimes not depends when u go i guess

Young lady who served me has the best attitude towards customers.
Spoke very Nice, never rushed my order..I even thanked her at the first window for her Professional help..

What to say? It is just like all other mcdonalds, efficient and convenient. I went through drive through, ordered whatever, i didn't have to repeat myself like 5 times, and was happy with the outcome.

Terrific kids trying hard to please every customer, even grumpy "Karens". I was really pleased with the courtesy shown. I also have no problem going back. Its still the best training system for "Wait-staff" or whatever your supposed to call them. Give them a break.
