BIG W Tuggerah

Easy to navigate, honestly just kind of fun to be in! Wide variety of products, which can be really cool. I was actually able to purchase a skincare product here that was only ever appearing listed at Chemist Warehouse, which was a great find!

A big store with loads to look at and buy from pet food to books. Clothes, electronics, gardening, kitchenware, loads of lollies.

Great shopping mall location. The store is well stocked and very clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Had a difficult return to make and the girls at the service desk were amazing and so helpful and friendly. They finally resolved my problem and gave me a refund.

Big W Tuggerah has improved much over the years. The shop looked fairly clean and tidy and I noticed Westfield security standing out the front of the shop when I first walked in. I used to work here a long time ago and it was stressful knowing that people would steal things and we could never do a thing about it nor security were never around. It was reassuring and good to know that they now have security close by at the front of the store. It may have been a one off, but still was a good feeling.

Staff at the game/movie section on Thursday Eve were really helpful. Thank you.

6 30pm on Friday night and the product I came for is in the loafing dock on a pallet. Nothing was too much trouble for Lachlan. Thank you for for going above and beyond for me and also to Sandy and the lovely lady (who's name I did not get) who was working security at the entrance to the store. Great team work.

First time I had a good look around Big W for ages rather than just going straight to fat slob clothing rack. Unlike KMart, Big W have retained their gardening section, you can buy fishing rods and car seats and books. It was excellent.

Great got what I was looking for good price happy.

We went into Big W to get some storage tubs, the price under the article was pretty cheap. At the till the operator input the article and was heaps dearer. My wife commented on the price and the lovely lady dispatched someone to check. For some reason, the wrong price was put under the items. We found the price was right but because the wrong price she gave them to us for the cheap price ... no argument. I was very impressed.

This Big W store always has loads of stock.

Attended Big W at Tuggerah in the evening of 23 December, looking for a bluey vest for my Grandchild. They had none in her size on the rack. I asked a service assistant, Ethan if there were any somewhere else in the store. He was unpacking boxes at the time, yet Ethan went out of his way to find one for me. Truely wonderful customer service. Thanks for your kindness Ethan.
