Went in-store today, served by a lovely lady, Annette.
I purchased the wrong product, totally my fault.
When I returned Annette was still there and only too happy to sort things out for me. Very courteous and store was beautifully presented.

Every time I come to this pet barn I’m always greeted and served by Annette.
She is always extremely helpful and absolutely lovely and brightens up my day.

Yesterday we bought a trolley full of stuff for our small zoo. Bianca served us and she was just so helpful. It's the first time I've been to this store and left very happy!

A seemingly well stocked Petbarn. Staff were friendly and we were really helped to set up our fish and tank correctly. Really good customer service and knowledge. Honest, informative, no pressure salesperson really put our minds at ease. Happy to say our new (and old) fish are happy in their new tanks.

Hi to the Petbarn Staff & Management,

I was working at Tuggerah for weekend 28/10 and strolled into Petbarn to have a look at the Ecoflex Dog Kennels and found it to be expensive although was on Special but couldn't afford it on the day but seen a Food bowl I liked and purchased it and was very happy with the Team member though don't know her name but She was the one to ask me if I wanted to become a Member and I wasn't sure if I had signed up previously and was already on your books.
I have to also add that the Team member that helped me was very polite and helpful going back and forth to gather information on my enquiry on the Ecoflex products.
I would like to thank her for the customer service she provided for me on the day and hoping that she could be considered to be recognized for her input for going the extra mile to help and be rewarded for her devotion to her duties in the Company.

Helpful staff. I drove over an hour to get a bird cage that online was saying they had in stock but when I got there there were none. Shelby not only had a good look to find the one I wanted in the store room, but she also put it together for me without me even asking! Great service 👏

What can I say, I've been there about 7 times these past 2 weeks, each time buying something new, or exchanging, or replacing something that was broken. I bought 7 fish one one day that I weren't quite sure about, and one of the members took close to half an hour to share his expertise with me making sure that I was well informed, taking care of the fish, and helping with all my questions. Later, I had another staff member help me when I thought my filter was broken, she took it apart and fixed it then and there, making it like a quick and easy solution, free of charge, she just wanted to help. I've had so much advice, and so much professionalism from every single staff member I've spoken to across all the visits, each are extremely knowledgeable and kind, and have literally gone above and beyond for me every single time without fail. Hats off to Petbarn Tuggerah, you guys are absolutely amazing. Thank you so much !

Went into petbarn on Monday, was greeted by staff member Lizzy, she was amazing throughout the whole transaction well done team!

I would love to compliment Annette for being so lovely and helpful with my purchase at Petbarn Tuggerah this morning. I had forgotten to bring the correct bank card along with me, and she assisted me with purchasing what I needed online using Afterpay, instead of having to go back home and make a second trip to the store. Her kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help me out really shone through, and I feel I must give her the credit she very much deserves, as this type of service is very hard to come by these days. Great variety and range of different products, and clear signage so you know exactly where to go for what you need.
The staff are super friendly and informative, they were great with our young children and educated them in a fun way, especially when they knew we had just gotten a new dog.
I will definitely come back, more so as they encouraged us to bring our dog with us...

Today my partner and I took our dog for a walk to petbarn at tuggerah we spoke to Erin and Erin assisted us with a measurement for a doggie coat for our handsome little man she was absolutely sweet kind helpful and caring great customer service our doggo 🐶 thought it was Christmas 🎄 being in petbarn with all the doggo treats he loved it thank u Erin for your support and help today ur all amazing keep up the great work
