Echoes Boutique Hotel Blue Mountains

Dined here tonight for my partner’s birthday. Absolutely amazing experience. Spoke to a lady to make the reservation which was late notice. Mentioned it was my partner’s birthday. Upon arrival a gentleman by the name of Daniel wished her a happy birthday. And was nothing short of amazing with he’s hospitality skills throughout the whole night. I work in hospitality and run events in Sydney as a full time job, and I was beside myself with the service we received. Thanks for making it an amazing night. Will most certainly be returning.

Such a beautiful hotel with amazing views, the staff were super kind and accommodating, helped us to bring our bags from the driveway to our room. Definitely recommend staying here, it's perfect for a getaway to blue mountains!

I recently had the a romantic getaway at Echoes Blue Mountains. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the breathtaking views and the cozy, intimate atmosphere. The luxurious accommodations and impeccable service added an extra layer of indulgence to our stay. If you're looking for a place to romance, Echoes is an absolute gem.

Only came in for an evening meal but was very impressed. My steak was perfect, might be the best I’ve ever had. Our servers were attentive and friendly, especially Daniel. The whole thing was very reasonably priced too considering the quality of food and views over the mountains. I would definitely come back.

The location of the hotel was a short walk to Echo Point, which has many other walks, activities close by.
All the amenities at the hotel and next door are amazing, you don’t have to venture far to get what you need for a relaxing stay.
The Breakfast view, food and service was on point!
The hotel front office team are extremely accommodating and no request was too hard.
We were lucky enough to have the pianist playing covers of Metallica and Nirvana at the bar whilst sipping on a couple of cocktails.
I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to go back.

A wonderful experience here for my husband's birthday. We were very appreciative of the staff bringing out a complimentary 'Happy Birthday' dessert for us on short notice. Staff were very attentive and the food is simply delicious. Small portion sizes but the quality of the food makes up for this. Very fine dining and expensive but worth it for a celebration dinner!

We had our wedding at Echoes Hotel on the weekend and couldn’t be happier with our choice of venue. With the most breathtaking views from the rooms and restaurant, and a gorgeous little private garden for the ceremony, it was the perfect location for our small family wedding. The planning process was smooth and they were extremely accommodating in terms of allowing us to choose drinks outside of their standard menu , and gave our guests the option of selecting meal preferences rather than having alternate serve as it was a small wedding. No request was too difficult. These little touches made all the difference and weren’t offered at other venues we had explored.
The service couldn’t be faulted, from the moment we arrived we felt welcome and well taken care of. All the staff we encountered were attentive, warm, friendly and professional. In particular they were extremely kind to my grandmother, gave her a room that could be accessed without stairs and we’re so attentive to her throughout our reception dinner. It was such a great feeling to know all our guests were well looked after, enjoyed the food and had a wonderful stay.
We hope to come back to celebrate our anniversary, it’s such a special location to us.

Beautiful hotel! We had a mountain view and it was so relaxing and the view was spectacular! Room was spacious, clean and had everything you needed. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We didn’t eat at the restaurant.
Just a short 5-10min walk to echo point so very convenient!
Would stay again :)

• Soft lighting and piano playing in the background set the mood for a very romantic dining experience

Want a beautiful view of the blue mountains for the corner suite. Older vintage style decor which is a pleasant change from modern hotels. Food is amazing but book early.

A great boutique hotel, perfect for a staycation or a weekend gateway in the Blue Mountains. The highlight was definitely the view, you'll get an expansive view of the Jamison Valley, totally breathtaking. It has a big balcony and the bed is positioned next to the big window so you can spend the entire stay just admiring the view. The room itself is sparkling clean, but it may be too small/basic for the price (no bathtub). However, you're definitely paying for the view. Service was excellent too. Ohhh, did I say that you can also use the facilities at the Lilianfels for free (outdoor/indoor swimming pools, gym, snooker tables, etc)?

We had the absolute best stay at Echoes! We went away for a small, middle-of-the-week holiday and booked Echoes based on a friend's recommendation, and WOW they could not have been more spot on! Not only was the room beautiful, quite, warm and equipped with everything we needed but the view was STUNNING!! Every morning waking up to gorgeous mountains and the sun making the rock glow, it was an absolute dream!

The staff were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Checkout was at 11 which is a whole hour later and allowed us a lovely sleep-in and we never felt rushed. The food wasn't the greatest and if anything that's my only critique. If you're looking to book here PLEASE DO but I wouldn't suggest paying extra for breakfast. I'd say keep your options open and discover the vast variety and tastes that Katoombah has to offer.

Ultimately, our stay at Echoes was amazing and we're absolutely going to book again in the future!

Came here for a 60th birthday celebrations. I would highly recommend the scallops for entree’. Lovely views and there is the option of 2 or 3 courses. Rated 12 for the Australia good foods award winner!

Great food and great view. Good value for money, I had the tenderloin and it was exquisite. My fiancee had the vegetable plate and she loved it. This guys really need support being affected by the bush fire. If you don't know where to go for lunch or dinner give it a try.

We had an amazing two-night stay at this beautiful hotel! Service was impeccable and the food was delicious. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed and breathtaking view of the mountains. We enjoyed the short bushwalk to the lookout from which we could see the 3 Sisters. Very close to Scenic World too! Thank you very much for a great experience; we can't wait to stay again.

None of my family wanted to leave! I can't believe I have post holiday depression after only 3 nights away! This place was too good. Use of Lilianfels facilities was great. And it was only 50 metres away.

Food at both hotels is fantastic. The menu is relatively small but everything is really yummy.

This is our first time staying at the blue mountains and I think we picked a winner. Echoes boutique hotel and restaurant is the place to stay. You get full access to the facilities of the lilianfels hotel, which is 5 star, but you get a fantastic view. Your room looks right out onto the blue mountains. There is probably 50m of sloped land from the courtyard to the cliff edge, you are literally right on the mountains. The food is quite expensive, but the main street of Katoomba isn't very far away which has plenty of cheap places to eat. The rooms are a good size, the bathroom is nice, except our door, which has seemed to swell so it sticks when you try to open it again. We are very close to the 3 sisters and to scenic world, you can see the hotel from all over scenic world, but it's far enough away you don't hear the gears and cables. It's a very small place, but with access to the larger neighbour, and has amazing views.

My hubby took me here for my birthday dinner and the evening was faultless. Our table was fantastic, food was delicious and beautifully presented and the staff made me feel very special. For the high standard of food and service; we were pleasantly surprised that the price was so reasonable. We would have happily paid more. We can't wait to return...
