Mountain Bike ride (e-bike) - Thredbo Valley Track (TVT).
HIGHLY Recommend - first time mountain bike riding for me and my 16 year old son, and we both agreed that we wouldn't want to have done it without a guide.

Brilliant having Hamish take us through the mountain bike riding techniques before we started, and his knowledge of the track and guidance of how to ride it was brilliant. I definitely recommend using a guide/ instructor starting out and to get the most out of the ride. So loved the scenery and keen to mountain bike ride again. Thank you !

I cannot recommend k7 enough. I had my second adventure/hike with Lewis's team recently and was lucky enough to have Imogen both times. Not only was the hike fantastic, but she made us feel safe, encouraged us when it got hard and was so knowledgeable. She kept us to a pace that suited our levels and never made us feel like we were too slow. K7 catered for our different ages and abilities (65,41 & 12) and spent time working out the best routes for us to take before we set out. This is such a well run business I would recommend them to anyone!

My friends and I did the Mount Kosi summit first week of August and we had a blast! Woody, our guide was beyond exceptional. He is very knowledgeable, accommodating and reliable.

Woody was our guide, he was easy going, knowledgeable and a great conversationalist. A budding photographer too. The hike was wonderful. Lewis's communication prior to the walk was excellent.

I will definitely be going back to K7 and recommend to anyone.

The most magical day ever! Snow shoeing with LEWIS was fabulous. It was the first time our kids had seen snow and Lewis took us to the mountain top where they got to experience deep powder snow in what felt like our own Arctic adventure. We had the mountain to ourselves with spectacular views and snow so deep you just fell into it. We all agreed it was one of the best things we had done in our lives! Well worth the money for memories we will all cherish !

Had another great winter holiday in Kosciuszko this year and like previous years added really enjoyable adventures with Lewis from K7 Adventures. Snow shoeing is my thing and we spent two days trekking out from Thredbo and Perisher. Beautiful scenery, great exercise and winter weather you would expect, snow, wind, sunshine and of course all Lewis' back country knowledge and experience to make my adventures special. Morning tea was always a highlight, enjoying hot drinks and tasty snacks while sitting on a man-made snow seat! Looking forward to next year's adventure.

What a wonderful day. I booked last minute and the service I received was prompt and professional. Our guide, Woody, was an expert on all things mountains and snow and made the day a real joy. Can’t recommend this team highly enough.

The k7 team and their tours were absolutely amazing! Snowshoeing up Kosciusko was a blast with our guides Lew and Chess and such a beautiful experience. Once we reached the peak they also whipped out tea and biscuits which was such a lovely touch. Cross country skiing, while extremely difficult for some of us newbies, was made so fun by Lew and Jimmy who were very patient and helpful while the lot of us repeatedly fell on our tooshes even on the smallest slopes. Our guides Lindsay and Kim for our rock climbing and abseiling were also wonderful! I am absolutely terrified of heights but they were so patient and lovely about it while I was crapping my pants the whole time and so kindly guided me through the whole thing, so much so that I was able to abseil multiple times (without tears even). Thanks so much for a great week k7!

Great snowshoe walk with Lewis at South Ramshead. Highly recommend this hike in all types of weather. We had rain and snow and wind but it was so calm and beautiful in the trees. Lewis knows the mountain well and was an excellent guide.

Woody was our guide and he was exceptional. Highly recommend K7 adventures. Don’t look for alternatives, just go and book one of the tours on their website.

We had a lovely day with Lindsay, he was very knowledgeable and made everyone feel safe.

We were a largish group with many different ages, as well as some first time climbers, but there was something for everyone. Everyone got involved and did both climbs and abseils.

We finished the day exhausted and feeling like we had really achieved something.

Lewis and Nick were absolutely fabulous! We had a wonderful morning. They also took 8 of our teenagers out for the whole afternoon. The boys stretched us all mentally and physically- thanks so much for the perfect adventure!

K7 is a fantastic outfit! Lewis & co are a very professional and competent guide operation with great communication. A pleasure to deal with. Had a beautiful, unforgettable day out & a bucket list accomplishment for me skiing up and down Mt Kosciuszko with Jimmy (James). Thanks again guys! I've had 2 amazing snowshoe experiences with K7. Last year, did Ramshead with Lew as my guide through a blizzard. This year, Woody was my guide and we summitted Kozzie on a windy and total whiteout day, it was incredible! K7 is very professional and definitely the team you want for winter adventures in the Snowy Mountains. Can't wait for next year!

We completed a day of snow walking with Imogine and the K7 company and we had the best experience. The weather was exceptional as was the day. Imogine was fantastic very patient as we had a 12 year old and at the opposite end a 65 year old. She was very informative with her knowledge of the area. I would recommend K7 for anything you were looking at doing. They were great keeping us informed of the best day to go on our walk looking out for what was best for us. Great service.

We had a fantastic afternoon Rock Climbing near Jindabyne with Lindsay. Lindsay was amazing: hugely friendly, very experienced, an excellent teacher and clearly enjoys what he does. He got the best out of us all - a completely beginners group - and got us all climbing far higher and harder than we expected. He was also great at encouraging and supporting everyone to get over the tricky and occasional scary moment - being especially good with the kids. I couldn’t recommend highly enough. A fantastic experience in a beautiful places with a brilliant teacher and guide. Thank you.

Had probably one of my favourite days of skiing on the summit tour. Went up with Lewis Foster, an incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide who was as well prepared and keen to impart knowledge as you could hope from an experienced tour guide. When i had a fault with my skins he went to great lengths to help make sure it didn’t affect the quality of my experience and without that sort of wisdom around my day might have been over. Thanks lewis and k7, hope to come along for another in the future!
