Battery Wise

I phoned Battery Wise this morning and spoke to Michael. He was absolutely amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable and could not have been nicer on the phone. He gave me a few different options that could possibly solve my problem and his first suggestion worked perfectly and did not cost me a cent. When it looked like I was going to need 2 batteries I asked the price and I was very pleased with the Very competitive price quoted. Thank You So Much Michael amazing service.

Had some work completed by Michael and the team 12 months ago setting us up with dual battery set up with invertor. Did a really great job in setting us all up to live off grid and had some fantastic after sale service, taking the time to help me out with some queries I had once we were out on the road. Highly recommend.

We went there to get some Anderson-Plugs attached to a wire and to our solar panel after some other stores didn’t help us. And it was arguably one of the best experiences I ever had as a customer. The guy at the desk helped us promptly after we entered the store and after 15min everything we wanted was done.

Popped in this morning. Got super fast and awesome service from Michael, including tips on how to care for your battery and do's and don'ts for jump starting your car. I will be using them again in future!

I was away for work and the stating battery in my 200 was at 5v. Talked the wife into jump starting the car and got it into them as it was in the warranty period. They put a loan battery in so they could check the battery under there warranty terms. Replaced the battery with a new one the next day, even though i was told it tested fine. Happy as with the service, as i was worried there had been damage at that voltage and hard to resolve when i am away. I have bought a quite a few batteries from them and this is the first one that has had issues. Genuine shop and i will keep recommending to my family and friends. The team at Battery Wise went above and beyond our expectations, to ensure that all the gear we wanted to power our new home was all fitted in and tucked discreetly away, with minimal loss of space.
Communication was outstanding and we thank them for the care taken working in our new van.

Andy was amazing, my battery died and he came straight away. Was kind and explained what was going on, reasonably priced battery as well. His customer service was absolutely astounding! Would highly recommend.

Great service. Car wouldn’t start early Monday morning. Got it jump started, called Battery Wise at 7am and they told me to come straight down and park in the change bay. Battery diagnosed, removed and replaced within 5minutes. Great price for a Supercharge Gold battery. Highly recommend!

If I could give more stars I would. The team at battery wise were so helpful and considerate when dealing with us and our problem vehicle! In particular Lee and Michael communicated with us so clearly and tried everything they could to help us! While not successful (at no fault of their own) we will be sure to come back for their service!! Thank you again guys!

Drop a battery in for changing and they looked after me fantastically.

Fantastic service highly recommended. The technician dropped everything and quickly repaired my dc dc charger problem allowing us to enjoy the rest of our holiday.

Required installation of DC DC charger and wiring system. Have used another Auto Electrician in the past, however , won’t be again. All my future dealings will be with Battery Wise, Warana.

Recently had electrical work carried out on my vehicle's central locking system.
The staff at Battery Wise were extremely helpful and very professional in locating the fault and replacing the parts. They also acquired parts which helped reduce the overall cost of the job.
I ma very pleased with their service and workmanship.

These guys are fantastic. I took my 12 year old Waeco to them Wednesday, they had the issue diagnosed, quoted, fixed and ready to go Friday. If there's a book on giving friendly, efficient and totally professional customer service, all at a very reasonable price, these guys probably wrote it.

Absolutely fantastic service!! Took my car in today after having issues with the battery, they looked at it straight away and replaced the battery promptly and was amazing service, cannot fault them at all.

Checked out battery wise as well as others and was so glad I did. Saved over $130.
And service more than excellent. Won't go anywhere else and highly recommend them.

FANTASTIC Service.. Had a dometic fridge with a faulty screen. Dropped off on a Tuesday and fetched on a Thursday. Just great all round
