Exceptional service - I had one hour to find a costume for a party due to a wardrobe malfunction. As soon as I walked in the store Katrina was helping me find the perfect costume for my night, as it was a particular theme I thought I would have no chance in finding something. Katrina has a great range of costumes for you to pick from and it was right in my price range. Highly recommend.

We would like to thank Katrina so much for her assistance with some 1920’s costumes we required. She knew exactly what we needed and did not mess about in kitting us out. We had a fantastic weekend which helped with the wonderful costumes. We will of course use you again for any future events we may require costumes for. 5⭐

My husband and I had a Medieval Wedding to go to and when we went to Katrinas Costume Hire there were so many out fits to choose from. Katrina was really helpful and so cheery. We will certainly be back and will recommend her business to family and friends!

From the friendly helpful way I was greeted on the phone to the warm welcome I received from Katrina I can't fault their great customer service! The store is CRAMMED with ever kind of costume you could imagine in great condition and nothing seemed to be too much trouble.. even though I'm the end I didn't spend a lot of $$ that day. I'll certainly recommend this shop to my family and friends and even have to host a themed party just so I can dress up as Snow White!

Great service - We recently had a work EOFY party and needed to dress up Disney.... we went into the shop with something in mind but it's didn't work out but not to fail as the lady really helped us finding all different Disney costumes for us to try .... it was great !!! Finally we found something we could go as that was matching (storm troopers) and we was set!!!! Costumes are nice and clean and don't look aged I would highly recommend for your next dress up party !!! Will be back ✔
