Had a lights go out on a big display and it was out of warranty but mark swapped it over for a new light without a single bet of an eyelid. Thanks . This is why you should always buy from this place very good service. See soon

Genuinely the nicest staff, the lady who helped us pick the tree was so kind and helped us with choosing the right tinsel/tree filler. The gentleman at the warehouse went above and beyond to get the tree to the car. 10/10 the nicest shop on the coast!

I then had the opportunity to visit the actual store on the Sunny Coast, Beautiful store very well set out and the owners are very welcoming, helpful and friendly. I saw these great rgb lights so I bought a pack of candy canes a pack of stars and 2 lots of arch way lights...the lights on these are absolutely brilliant
Just now one of my lights failed and I contacted them and I have to say it was such a great and peaceful experience...there communication was amazing

Ordered a tree and the lights weren’t working as it got damaged during transit. Mark responded to my queries literally within about 5 minutes of getting my email, and the problem was quickly sorted out by Mark and Corinne. The tree works great now, and I’m very happy that I decided to buy our tree from them. My 3 year old loves it!
