Coolum Beach Hotel

I’ve lived on the coast for years but only came to Coolum pub the other day for the first time. I’m glad that I did Kelly was a breath of fresh air she was lovely and gave us the best experience. She made sure we were well looked after and we will definitely be coming back because of her!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at the Coolum Beach Hotel. All staff were very welcoming & provided us with genuine happy & very personable customer service. We enjoyed our drinks on the outdoor deck before enjoying our meals. My husband had the main course bourbon ribs and I ordered the Seniors Crispy fish & chips. Both were excellent. Generous servings, well presented and lots of flavour. The ambience of the dining setting also was to be commended. Thank you to all staff, including kitchen chef & team for providing us with a very enjoyable evening. We definitely will recommend & also return for another visit in the very near future. We do live in Coolum Beach and it’s fantastic to see that our Coolum Beach Hotel can come up trumps.

Great to be able to come in without a booking and still be able to get a table. Being a fussy eater I didn’t expect to be so accommodated, but a girl called Ally sorted it all out for us and made it super easy. Food was good and I enjoyed the vibe of the place. Will be back for sure.

We have visitors over from Ireland and I accidentally booked the wrong date, but thanks to the excellent customer service by Ally she quickly got us a table for 9 and we had a great dinner!! Also we must thank Emily behind the bar who was extremely patient and efficient with our large drink orders!

The food was delicious and portions were sizeable. Service was fast and friendly. The only downside was the kids room has lots of machines for toys and chocolates so the kids are forever pestering for money to use them. Otherwise it’s a fantastic place to eat.

Food amazing. Here from Ireland. 🇮🇪 The pubs back home just aren’t the same. Sophie gave quick and efficient service, putting the groups needs in front of her own. I would come back maybe.

Up here on holidays and have been 4 times and every time has been amazing. Food is excellent, staff and friendly and go out of their way to help (especially the restaurant manager). We tried the surf club one night and it couldn't have been a more opposite experience. Will be only frequenting the hotel moving forward!

We’ve been coming here for close to 5 months now and never disappointed.
Well managed , staff remember you and always welcomed with a smile .

Steaks always done to order , calamari delicious, and the simple garlic always a must !

Just had dinner there and they let us know it would be a 45 minute wait at best - the food ended up coming out much faster and was amazing as always. We appreciated the honesty and the CBH is our go-to for an awesome pub feed with great service and value.

Fast friendly service behind the bar, and very importantly for a single woman out on her own, security were great, handled a problem very diplomatically and quickly. Thank you Zeb (252) much appreciated. I’m back a week later.

The food was so good. I ordered the Coolum tower. The ribs fell off the bone, the onion rings and wedges were seasoned well, the chicken wings were to die for and the sauces were great. The staff were friendly as well. The restaurant also looked beautiful. Loved it, would go again!

Looked to book a table for dinner on line and said there were none available, walked past a bit later and decided to drop in and enquire, they had a table and were very accommodating and helpful.
Food was great atmosphere was good and prices were to be expected.
Would recommend for sure

All I can say is WOW! Amazing. The beers had more head than my ex. It was an experience fit for a king at the price of a peasant, could not recommend more.

Great pub. Close to home (sometimes too close🤣). Friendly and efficient service.

I came in for dinner and some drinks tonight and the lady behind the bar Kelly was absolutely so pleasant to deal with I just had to leave a review. Her customer service skills are unmatched to some of the other pubs I’ve been to. Thanks cbh for a great night

Seniors meals are more than enough for me. The location is perfect just across the street from the beach.

Came for a dinner few nights ago with the family. Food and drinks were amazing, but the highlight was the service from Ally!! Wonderful experience!!!

Have been for the past two weekends after discovering the live music events they had on a Sunday. Had a ball both times. Great food and drinks and such a fun atmosphere. Love that I can enjoy myself while the kids play in the games room

Thank you Coolum Beach Hotel for hosting such a wonderful morning of rugbyfinals. It was early but you guys were so amazing! Thank you. The complementary coffee and sausages were a treat. Will be back! Good job management and staff......
