Officeworks Warana

Cam, the store manager, is a true asset to the company, always polite and courteous and super helpful and apologetic (even though it’s not his fault) in the busiest time of the year with kids going back to school. I feel for the workers who must cop a lot of flak from customers that their order hasn’t arrived etc. Both times I’ve visited recently and there was problems with orders due to the sheer volume of orders at this time of year, but Cam sorted it out both times so quickly and amazingly. He deserves a raise! 😀 It’s rare that you meet someone so helpful and going the extra mile in retail.

Visited the store in the morning and was served by Bryce and Nicole who worked in sync as a team to provide outstanding and exceptional customer service with a smile. They performed over and beyond in helping with my issue in the photo section. I can't thank them enough. Excellent team work, excellent customer service skills and above all a wonderfully positive and happy can do approach. Left the store amazed by their service. 10/10

The gentleman who was working in the printing department this morning was very kind patient and helpful. He took his time helping me despite my request being a little bit time consuming. He was very kind and polite through the whole process.

Quite a large footprint. I did enjoy the very wide variety of all things office on offer. The staff are friendly knowledgeable and helpful. What I do like is their new scheme of designing your own office chair. You select the wheel base, the seat type and the back. There are different shapes and you can chose the colour you want. Even mix and match if you like.

Always very pleasant to work with. Occasionally there’d be some glitches but sorted straight away.

Remember to bring your old tech here to recycle!

Brilliant service! Especially by Jake who gave such compelling and helpful advice on getting a new phone he almost even convinced a life long apple user to samsung (convinced my partner however!!). His genuineness was very inviting and we were even able to have chats about other common interests. Upon coming back for my phone purchase he remembered me and was just as exceptional then! Hope whoever the boss is gives Jake something nice for his amazing customer service✨

Also was served by Shai at the front desk who was very informative and helpful. He was honest and down to earth, helped greatly with understanding my product and the accessories with it. Despite not seeing him for as long, the small bits i did see he seemed like a great dedicated and hardworking employee😊

I came in for help with my faulty Kindle I had purchased in a previous trip. Petra and the other man at the counter were both so helpful in organising a replacement. In and out in under 15 minutes with a solution! Thank you :)

Went into store the other day and for the life of me, couldn’t find what I was looking for. Obviously I looked lost and a wonderful young man named Neil came to serve me - he tried helping me with what I was looking for - found that this store didn’t have it but the Maroochydore store had 3 of them and advised me that I should go there and look.Otherwise I would have just walked out and not bothered - Neil was polite. Smiling and very helpful

Really helpful workers. Lots of variety. Office supplies and or home supplies covered. I liked their range in technology. You can buy cheapish goods that actually work or pay that bit extra for well known brands, so caters for a large range of prices.

Excellent service from the young lady in the scanning section. It was all a bit stressful however it all went well. Thanks heaps

Great range, fantastic service. They were doing a bbq fundraiser for sick kids on the day and all dressed up. Got myself some great advice about products I needed, they even recommended going to another store for products they didn't have, which showed great integrity. And don't forget the recycling options!

Great staff that are always helpful and proactive. They are also good at offering recommendations and finding cost effective solutions to your needs. As with most Officeworks stores, great variety of products at decent prices. Parking is not the biggest I've seen but it has not been full on the occassions we visited.

Friendly staff. Took less than 24 hours to order in my products. Easy pick up access.🥰
