KAWANA - Sunshine Mitre 10

I cannot recommend the Bokarina store enough!! I had ordered a click and collect and advised I wasn’t able to get there during the opening times. The gentleman Nigel on the phone offered to pick the item up from a different store as they did not have in stock and drop off at my house. I have never had such amazing customer service. Thank you so much for your service! I will always use this Mitre 10 for future supplies :)

Can't fault the exceptional service provided by Nigel and the team at Kawana Sunshine Mitre 10. Nigel went out of his way to track down a product for me at very short notice over the phone. Unexpectedly he went over and above to source a sample of the product and do the research to make sure it met our specifications and the standards required. Further knowledgable and professional conversations were had in store with the team. Highly recommend!

A few weeks ago I bought a lawn mower from Mitre 10 at Birtinya.When it came in instead of making me pick it up Nigel delivered it to me, and today he phoned to see how it went and if I assembled it.which I had not but a friend had but hadnt tightened up the scress but was coming back to do it. Nigel offered to come around and do that. Now thats really going above and beyond. Highly recommend this Mitre 10 business.

They sourced what we wanted from their Kunda Park outlet, picked it up and delivered it to us at Caloundra.

I recently purchased potting mix & other items from Mitre 10, Bokarina. I was surprised at the range of products & found all I needed. Online checkout had a few glitches, however I finished my purchase with fast delivery. Nigel, Sarah & the staff were very helpful with my queries & I recommend them to anyone.
